Great prices!!! Friendly staff! Clean and organized. Glider was $9 got a beautiful recliner for $50 and 2 trunks with locks for under $90. They have a points program that adds up fast. Will return again and again.

The store is always clean and well organized. Even with constantly rotating inventory (furniture) employees take the time to make sure all rows are lined up and there are no empty spaces. We never really know exactly what we are looking for when we come in but the Newport News ReStore makes our search easier. The employees we’ve encountered in our previous purchases have all been helpful and kind. There was a gentleman this past Saturday that helped me when I asked about computer desk chairs. I’m sure we will continue to be repeat customers.

Ok I absolutely love this place. At one point this used to be the place to come and get construction items, now they have furniture and more. I came looking for appliances, specifically a stove. Can you believe they had brand new appliances??? Yes brand new!!! Y’all know I’m trying to renovate my kitchen but the high cost of appliances is too much for this girl on the go. To come and find a new stove and pay less than a quarter of the price was unimaginable. Before you head to a dealer stop by Restore. You’ll love the staff, the work to get you a deal and accommodate people with disabilities.

Pretty organized. Helpful staff. Always find something I'm looking for. Today it was certain books I have been searching for.

This is a very nice Restore. It is clean, has nice stuff with good prices. The staff is friendly too.

Mostly used items but some are new. I assume donations from certain companies. Check their facebook page for days that have sales. Several decent large used display cases for low prices (saw multiple for $25) probably don't sell well because of how heavy they are.

There's quite a variety of items here. Anywhere from appliances, doors, windows, dishes, paints, furniture, lighting, office/school supplies, but no clothing. Pricing was across the board. There's new items that are priced about the same as purchasing it at a retail store. I didn't really see any priced item that shouted "Wow, that's a great price. I should buy it" People there were friendly and readily available to help. It's located in what looks like could have been an old KMart, as there's an outdoor area that houses their Stone Quarry.
