Macy's

This is a clean and well-maintained location. I have been in so many Macy's branches all over the country but this one is so far the cleanest. The staff were also very nice and helpful. I always find good deals here which I did not find in California, Maryland, or Illinois.

My wife said she was able to find everything that she needed in the store. The ladies at the perfume counter were quite helpful and she was able to find something that was to her taste. The people at the Clinique counter were a little slow, but she was able to find the product she needed. The jackets in Macy's run small so if you're a 1X don't bother to go and look at their jackets cuz they won't fit.

If you are searching for perfume or cologne, I suggest asking Robin Parada for assistance. She is very knowledgeable and so funny! Great customer service every time I see her.

Grabbed bedding for move in. Ran out of handsy asked for a cart or something because I needed to get more items was told they don't have carts. Bought the bedding 500.00 And was asked if I wanted a carry out. I said yes.. guess what they put it in... A cart Because he didn't want to carry it. He should have offered it when I asked I wouldn't easily spent 2k moving into new house. Valley River Macy's.. What a joke.

Went in to buy cologne. 3 sales persons walked by me and ignored me to help others even after asking for help went back behind the register. Will never spend my money here again. I suppose I didn't fit the typical type of people they want to serve. Would rate them zero stars.

Store was cleaned and organized. I didn't really have any interaction with the staff. I didn't get to spend a lot of time in the store but I love there lay out. Well definitely go back when I have more time.

I have not been married for 50++ years by being stupid, so when my wife said that she wanted to do some shopping on our trip, I said sure and went with. Had I not been with to witness first hand the deals she got on quality items, I would never had believed it. Very friendly staff and clean facility.
