The staff of the cycle gear are very knowledgeable and very friendly and very helpful prices are reasonable . This place is so good that when you’re looking for gear, I was looking for a specific helmet like the one here in the photo that I bought there was another one in a large they were out of stock. I took this one and I really liked the helmet.
Great choice of equipment. Even if exact thing is missing there is a very good similar item. Staff super knowledge, very helpful and polite. Very good prices, same or better as if I were to buy online
Decent size store. A gal helped me out pretty quickly upon entering. I didn’t get her name, cuz her hair was covering her name tag, but she was really helpful in answering my questions. Turned out also that we were both from the 559. Will come back and have been coming back.
A great experience. Even thought we've been riding for awhile and thought we knew our stuff, we almost made the mistake of buying a helmet that was 1 size too big. They provided just the right amount of guidance and got us to a happy (and safe) outcome. Excellent customer service. Very knowledgeable staff and they actually take the time to hear what you are looking for and guide you to the right product.
My wife and I came in to get a couple of motorcycle helmets for our new scooters, not knowing anything about them. Tommy helped us and was awesome. He took the time to explain the various types and pros and cons, helped us pick out some gloves and was just a real pleasure to work with. Super friendly attitude, super knowledgeable and made us feel well taken care of. Go to Cycle Gear and ask for Tommy.
Awesome staff, super helpful and friendly from start to finish. When I walked out of the store, a couple of the employees were cleaning my wheels and cleaned my visor before I rode off into the sunset. Great prices and lots of parking. Shout out to the Grom guy, love my bars bud.
Generally, they’re really helpful at the store and make extra effort efforts to take care of the customers and make sure that they have everything they need before they leave They’re online Services could use a little help since I’m older and not computer literate. It takes me a while to get through their website to Make sure they have things in stock before I drive for an hour to get there
