IVX Health Infusion Center

The facility and staff are so comforting. It’s like walking into a warm hug. It sucks to have to go there but they make it lovely. I feel lucky to find this infusion center. Thanks to the nurses and staff.

I’m consistently blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff at IVX Health. The front desk team always greets me politely and offers a drink or snack before I’m brought back. The private rooms are spotless and comfortable, with reclining leather chairs, big couches, TVs, and plenty of space to relax. I’ve received infusions at several IVX locations, including Sunnyvale, San Mateo, Fremont, San Ramon, Miami (FL), and Wilmington (DE), and every visit has been the same. The nurses and staff are always thoughtful, caring, and attentive. Heather, in particular, stood out as one of the kindest and most compassionate nurses I’ve ever met. What sets IVX apart is their consistency. The same warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail is present at every single location. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else.

I enjoy having my infusions at Sunnyvale. The nurses are friendly and competent. The center is comfortable and well maintained.

The IVX team at Sunnyvale is amazing. Camila at the front desk always greats my husband and I with a friendly hello. She also ensures there are GF snacks available which is very carrying/thoughtful. I continue to travel to Sunnyvale even though a new center has opened near our home because I love the service I receive and the nurses Sunnyvale so much! They are all amazing!

such an excellent experience. This was my first infusion in the US and I’m so glad it was with IVX. The nurses are kind and caring, the clinic is clean and there’s good cofeee and snacks! The infusion was quick and painless.

Great facility and very friendly staff! Destiny was great and a pleasure to work with!

My nurse Destiny was fabulous. She asked me lots of questions, was very personable and friendly, when I told her how I like to have the IV inserted she listened to me. She did not hurt me. It was nice with taking the tape off. The receptionist was very friendly also. The facility was clean, comfortable, and quiet.
