Was welcomed at the door. Informed that there was a wait for the next available associate. We were able to enjoy some espresso and a cookie served by the friendly and courteous Yuka, who also thoughtfully introduced us to samples of the LV perfumes which we had never experienced before while we looked around and waited. I had not associated LV with perfumes so Yuka provided a helpful and compelling introduction. Nikita provided excellent customer service. Helped us weigh some choices because we were exchanging a holiday gift that has been received for something a little more in concert with our needs. Found several amazing options, including one that worked for our budget. Probably spent an hour thoughtfully checking out new possibilities and weighing options (because a piece from LV is an investment: it needed to be useful on the daily for professional purposes as well as something that would be cherished for a lifetime). We had our parking validated, which was helpful. Overall excellent experience!

I had a wonderful experience with Bea Cruz at Louis Vuitton. She was incredibly professional, attentive, and kind throughout the entire visit. Bea took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect piece. Her knowledge about the products and her warm, welcoming attitude made the experience feel truly special. absolutely not existent service. walked out after 25 min of waiting. seriously? been to many Lv stores around the world and never saw this. customer 20+ years with long history

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Experience I had an extremely uncomfortable experience at this Louis Vuitton location. As a minority customer, I was followed throughout the store, which made me feel singled out and unwelcome. Meanwhile, other customers (Caucasian customers) were offered water and assistance, while we were not acknowledged in the same way. The staff came across as rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Customer service felt selective rather than inclusive, which is unacceptable for a luxury brand that prides itself on excellence. In hindsight, I regret making a purchase at this location. I would not recommend shopping here if you expect respectful, equitable treatment. Louis Vuitton should seriously evaluate the customer service and bias issues at this store.

Visited the Bravern/Bellevue location today and was helped by Jorge. What a great visit. I always appreciate Jorge's professionalism and their knowledge of all the products. An absolute joy to visit with and i highly recommend Jorge if you are new to the Bravern location - just let him know what you are looking for - he is always so helpful with wonderful solutions! The absolute best.

I purchased a LV bag $2040 and I forgot to get Fragrance samples so I called Louis Vuitton V Could get some samples for them and they refuse. I feel that they don’t give a damn about anything but getting money from you. Some little samples of perfume for $2000 purse they could not give me they could’ve sent me some in the mail or something to keep a customer. Nobody goes into LV every day and buy a bag.. Very disappointed I don’t think I will be back. You just lost the customer.Louis Vultton

Had such a great first visit to this Louis Vuitton location thanks to client advisor Nathan! I came in needing a few missing pieces I had lost from one of my LV bags and honestly thought I’d have to wait a week or two—but he managed to find everything I needed that same day. He was super kind, professional, and made the whole process so easy. I really appreciated how helpful he was. Can’t wait to shop with Nathan again next time I’m ready to add to my collection!
