The store offers a wide and impressive collection of branded garments and accessories, making it easy to find quality options. We were able to find exactly the dresses we had in mind, which made the shopping experience very satisfying. The displays are well organized and browsing is comfortable. However, there is only one elevator in the store, and it tends to have a long wait, especially with parents using baby strollers. Despite this, the store’s location inside the mall is a big advantage. It allows you to conveniently combine shopping with dining and entertainment, making it a great place to spend an entire day.

Such a beautiful location to shop, especially in the evening! The atmosphere around the store is lovely right now with all the lights and decorations. It made for a really fun shopping experience.

Disappointment here. No joy for my shopping as employees seemed unhappy and disinterested in serving me. Grateful for my new winter pajamas, but just wanted to leave Macy's 😪 because of the non caring customer service here. Extra cost for my shopping bag and a 32plus percent fee on their credit card application. No way !

Great experience at Macy’s. The store was clean and well organized, and it was easy to find what I was looking for. The selection of clothing, shoes, and home items was impressive, with plenty of options at different price points. The staff was friendly and helpful without being pushy, and checkout was quick and easy. Overall, a reliable place to shop with good quality products and frequent sales.

Macy’s in Bellevue used to be a great store—I used to shop here often. However, on my last couple of visits, I noticed a decline. The store felt empty, yet overcrowded with merchandise, which was overwhelming rather than inviting. The sales staff didn’t seem very motivated, making the overall shopping experience less enjoyable. I hope to see improvements because this store once had a great atmosphere.

I would sincerely like to thank Paola from Macy’s Bellevue in Seattle. She has show tremendous amount of patience, kindness and really customer care attention. We have seen her handling a ‘picky’ customer while still showing calm, control to that customer while still ensuring other customers waiting would get some help as she quickly called for additional help and avoid other customers wasting their time.
