I had the best experience! I walked into Ethan Allen with the intent to just "look" for furniture for a small cottage I recently purchased in Ocean Shores. The showroom furniture was so beautiful that I decided right there to buy everything from Ethan Allen. I was lucky enough to work with Shruti, one of the designers, who helped me pick out everything. She has a wonderful sense of what the customer wants, and she also gave very good advice on smaller size and scale furniture because the cottage is quite small. The furniture was delivered last week, right on time, and it is exquisite. I couldn't be happier! (And I love that it's all Made in America!)

We recently had a warranty issue with a Hyde leather sofa purchased in 2021. While the process took persistence and careful follow-through on our part, Ethan Allen ultimately honored a full replacement of the sofa in the original leather and specifications at no additional cost. Michelle Cortez, Regional Customer Service Manager, and Olivia Wicks at the Bellevue Design Center were professional and responsive in seeing the matter through to completion. A brand new sofa was delivered, built exactly as ordered. We have owned Ethan Allen furniture for many years, and this resolution reflects the company’s long-standing commitment to quality and customer relationships. We are grateful for the final outcome.

We have had a good experience of working with Ethan Allen, especially with our designer Shruti, over the past year as we designed our entire home. She came out to measure and ensure everything would fit perfectly, and her expertise in design was invaluable. We were able to customize each piece so that it suits our colors and aesthetic, and all the furniture is made in America with outstanding craftsmanship. When I was not happy with a couple of pieces, Shruti helped adjust them until I was completely satisfied. While the custom pieces took a little longer to arrive, they were well worth the wait because of how beautiful everything looks I recommend Shruti for her professionalism and design expertise.

We worked with Shruti to furnish our new home. She was a delight to work with — we’re thrilled with the results! It was clear from the moment we started working with her that she's extremely talented and knowledgeable. She took the time to understand what we were drawn to and guided us thoughtfully through every detail of the process, from big-picture layout decisions down to fabric selection. Highly recommend!

Tried to order 2 end tables which were on sale before Christmas on line. Received a message that I would need to go through a design center which was done after many calls. The sales person had no idea as to what I was talking about and did not know how to process the order. The items were said to have been in stock. I received an email a week later stating that delivery was to be around 1/26/26, 6 weeks later. On 1/23/26 I received a message that the products would be delivered to the distribution center and they would call for delivery to our home. On 1/26/26 we received an email stating that the tables would not be delivered until 2/20/26 because the service center did not have trucks coming our way for another month. We offered to pickup the product however were told by numerous people at Ethan Allen that would not be possible as Ethan Allen does not support "will call". Totally frustrated and this is a terrible example of customer service at it's finest within Ethan Allen.

My wife and I spent over $25k on various furnishings from Ethan Allen. We ordered a set of art that just didn't work out. Ethan Allen refused to take the art back and states their policy doesn't allow it. I have purchased art from their clearance room and assume this is art that has been returned by other customers. This business has also strung us along on delivery dates. Whenever we inquired about ordering an item, we were told it would be around 6 weeks to get. We are months down the line now and still have items that haven't been received. There wasn't one item we received in 6 weeks! Our designer was great; however, I feel this business only cares about money and not customer satisfaction. We do not see ourselves doing business with Ethan Allen going forward.

I purchased a wood nightstand from the Bellevue Ethan Allen store (Order 【_494D197348___】). After delivery, we left the furniture untouched for about one months to off-gas, without using or moving it. When we finally checked it after the off-gassing period, we discovered visible damage on all four sides and drawer fronts. Since the piece was never used or moved, the damage must have been present upon delivery, although we did not notice it initially. Since 【10/17/2024】, I have contacted the store and customer service multiple times referencing Ethan Allen’s stated 5-year wood furniture warranty (workmanship, materials, construction). However, I still have not received a clear resolution or inspection appointment. The design is nice, but the post-sale service has been disappointing. I hope Ethan Allen honors the warranty with a no-cost repair or replacement and improves communication responsiveness.
