Ross Dress for Less

Only 1 checker. Had too wait 20 minutes to check out. I asked the csr can we get extra help she was rude and actually seem to take extra time to finish with the customer. I definitely will not be back here.

this location is so ridiculous, went in to shop for some jeans then stepped on a open security tag it went straight through my shoe and pricked my foot. when we went to tell an employee they had no reaction at all but just said the manager was helping a guest. the manager had an attitude and couldn’t offer any compensation other than a report (that would go nowhere) and a sorry… so sad their employees have no sense of urgency or care for anything other than getting rid of their long line of guests..

This Ross is mostly clean and has a bottom floor so its not small. Customer service is good and there is always parking.

The cashier named "Isabel" who works here has a very bad attitude towards all customers. Her face is always gloomy when communicating with customers. If you return the item, she will hold the item and throw it hard into the box as if to threaten you, and if you say thank you, she will not answer you... and many other bad actions that I have to endure every time I see her. I have never seen a place where the staff's working attitude is so bad. Everything here is good except for "Isabel". I hope the manager here will take the time to review the camera or observe her while working to see if what I said is true and improve "Isabel" working attitude.😡

How are you making record profits as a company and you have a SINGLE employee in the whole store past 9pm. Causing blatant unnecessary stress between both the customer and the employee. This is a trend for EVERY Ross as well meaning its a clear sign of poor management. Literally sat in the store for 15 minutes longer than needed because some impudent customer wanted to try on sunglasses while WE WAIT IN LINE AND OUR ONLY CASHIER HAS TO TURN AROUND AND PULL OUT SUNGLASSES FOR A MAN

Paying experience like hell !!! You got 1 hour free parking, spent 30 mins to look for your stuff and another 30 mins only for queuing to pay !! Regurally 1 cashier everytime visits !!
