I am extremely disappointed and hurt by the way we were treated. The store policy clearly says four per customer. There were two of us, two families, two separate payments. Instead of calmly explaining, Than abruptly grabbed items from our hands without basic courtesy. We stood there shocked, not even understanding what was happening. When we requested a manager, Vanessa cut us off and refused to hear our explanation. Her tone was unfriendly and authoritative, as if we were intentionally violating rules. We were left feeling embarrassed and singled out. Buying formula for our babies should not result in public humiliation. This experience felt unfair and carried a discriminatory undertone. I strongly request corporate to investigate this incident and provide proper staff training.

As two mothers purchasing formula for our babies, this experience was incredibly upsetting. The sign clearly says four per guest, not four per family. We were checking out separately. Than suddenly rushed over and removed two cans without respectfully explaining the situation. It felt aggressive and unnecessary. When we spoke with manager Vanessa, she immediately dismissed us and refused to listen, repeating that we could not buy six total. Her attitude was cold and condescending. We felt small, unheard, and unfairly judged. We followed the posted policy, yet we were treated as though we were doing something dishonest. This interaction felt discriminatory and unprofessional. I expect this matter to be formally reviewed and addressed.

I am extremely disappointed with the service from Target employee Vanessa at the Alhambra store (2120 W Main St, Alhambra, CA 91801) on February 23. She was rude, dismissive, impatient, and openly disrespectful, loudly criticizing my reasonable questions in front of other customers. I shop at Target weekly across multiple locations and have never experienced such poor treatment anywhere else. This completely ruined my shopping experience. Please investigate this incident thoroughly and provide additional training to prevent it from happening again. Thank you.

Why is there No Black History Month Displayed in this store? When asked workers, they said it was sold out, but there was never a display put up, been in there several times this month and nothing. When I called, no one even came to the phone after picking up, all I could hear was background noises..the rating is actually a big ‘0’

Literally one of the worst Targets I've ever been to. The customers here are the worst and the employees can't be bothered to help. I asked an employee to help me check if they have more of an item in stock, he says yes, then goes to the back. I waited for half an hour browsing in the area but he did not return to me. I asked another employee for help but they also told me conflicting information that they don't have any more in stock. Then at checkout, I waited 30 minutes from the time I stood in line, with 2 customers in front of me taking forever with their payment processing or payment issues, until I decided to go to another register to finally be checked out. Would not recommend unless you're literally on the edge of death. If the customer service and the checkout wait is just as long as Walmart, I'd recommend going to Walmart instead. At least the prices are cheaper and you still get the same dead treatment from the staff.

I would like to file a complaint regarding Vanessa at the Alhambra Target store. During my checkout experience, her attitude was cold and unhelpful. She did not clearly explain the purchase limit policy, and the way she communicated made me feel uncomfortable, disrespected, and unfairly targeted. Her behavior felt discriminatory, which made the situation even more upsetting. As a customer, this experience was extremely disappointing. I hope the store takes this matter seriously and improves staff training and professionalism.

I went in with my Grandson to purchase some Pokémon cards. There was a white lady who was a Vendor and she gave us Attitude. My Grandson asked how can someone be so rude and I told him apparently cuz we are Hispanic. He had his money to spend. He's Ten yrs old. We ended up at Game Stop. I've been a loyal customer at Target til now.
