Excellent service from Kim Stickler who helped me purchase my new Meyer series couch. I appreciated her knowledge on getting a cloth that my cat wouldn’t tear up easily! She was able to match the online price I saw too. I highly recommend you go see Kim for your furniture needs. She’s amazing!

The Bass Pro Drive store is conveniently located and the customer service is excellent. We worked with Stella, who is superb! She is a true professional who knows the products well, and in our case, she spent an ample amount of time communicating with the manufacturer to customize a dining table set in our downsized home. She truly cares and wants to ensure it is right! We highly recommend Stella and this store. Thank you!

Our experience with La-Z-Boy in Round Rock was a pleasure from start to finish. My wife and I are both very tall, so finding a recliner that fit us comfortably was a challenge. After a lot of searching, I came across the Redwood Recliner at La-Z-Boy. I called ahead to confirm showroom availability, then drove down to Round Rock to see the chair in person and meet Allison. The sales experience was refreshingly low-pressure. Allison was kind, knowledgeable, and patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions. After comparing a few models, I confidently purchased a brown Redwood Recliner that our entire family absolutely loves (including our pup!). Thank you to the La-Z-Boy Round Rock team for carrying a recliner that works so well for tall folks and for making the purchasing and delivery process so easy. We’ll definitely be back if we ever need another chair or additional furniture.

While service in the store was fine, the customer experience afterwards was horrendous. There were significant issues with build and functionality of two recliners which were reported on the day of delivery. We phoned multiple times and left messages with CS agent, and her manager which went unreturned. Called Manager of RR store who sent us back to customer support. Emailed support 10+ times and received short 1-2 word responses with no offer to schedule repair. We asked to return with tags for full refund after this awful experience and were denied. We have been left with 2 recliners that were delivered with holes at seams, incorrectly sewn, and are breaking down already(6 weeks after delivery), and STILL haven’t resolved the issue with customer service. We expected better service. We will never buy from LaZBoy again and would advise others against purchasing from here as well.
