Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream, Provo UT

Just found one of my top favorite ice cream parlors - Brooker’s Founding Flavors Ice Cream! Feels like a step back in time when you first walk. The ice cream flavors are named after various founding figures in early American history. However, the flavors are innovative (revolutionary?) versions of classic flavors and are delicious. Perhaps a little more pricey than store bought ice cream, but less than most gourmet ice creams, and definitely worth it. I got a sampler and really enjoyed the tastes, texture and variety they offer. The service was exceptional! I’ll be back again when I am back in Provo!

Brilliant idea for an ice cream shop!! I am a chocoholic. Ice cream shops usually disappoint me. NOT BROOKER'S. SEVEN, SEVEN flavors of chocolate ice cream!! They have this freaking cool thing: A Flight of Ice Cream! The names of flavors are all figured from history and delicious!! This is a great example of doing something, and doing it spectacularly!! Derek deserves to be a manager! He is a great brand ambassador and worked the entire time we were in the shop.

Conner and Laura did the sickest rap. I told them I’d give them five stars if they didn’t do it again. Ice cream was delish! Worth it!

Melanie and Lucy were the best! Services with a smile! And the shoe leather is the best flavor! And I absolutely love the fireplace and costumes. What a fun, yummy place to get ice cream.

Some of the best Ice-cream flavors out there. Most of them they are very creative and like nothing else you will get out there. Also the atmosphere of Brooke’s takes a unique founding fathers/ early America style. Overall worth the higher price for high end ice-cream. I suggest getting the Abigail Adam’s Salted Crack Cookie Advice.
