Sam's Club

Went to Sam's club today for some $1 ice cream. It was pretty good. They had a mixed berry one and a brownie one. They were both pretty good, but I would have to say I liked the berry the best. My problem with the brownie is that the brownie is pretty big and gets harder with the ice cream so you can't really get ice cream And brownie, I would suggest making the brownie chunks smaller and having them mixed around kinda like the berry one. I did love the Carmel with the brownie though, it reminds me of a turtle ice cream but without the pecans, personally I liked how the berry one was but another person in my party thought it had too much blueberries, also trying it, it had few strawberries and only 1 blackberry. When I think of mixed berries, I think around the same amount of all berries but overall it was pretty good ice cream and I would still recommend getting some! 😁

I’ve been a Sam’s Club member for years and I always see Melinda when I’m shopping there. Melinda always greets me with a smile and is very kind and helpful. You can tell Melinda has been working there for a long time, and great employees like Melinda are part of why I enjoy shopping at Sam’s Club.

So angry! 1st snow day of the year, drove 10 miles to get a pizza from your food court and its closed!!!! So many more than me left pissed! Good planning to screw your customers over. Thanks!

I needed a battery for my truck. I spoke with Cody in the Auto & Tire department. He was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with. They have a great product, great customer service and an overall terrific experience. Thanks Cody!

I was here to pickup an online order. The app was easy to use and worked as it should. The actual delivery was fast, and the employee was friendly. Also got gas. It works ok but the lines can be a bit crazy and the drivers impatient. If you do go inside Sam's, didn't forget to grab a hot dog combo. I have no idea why but they are better than at other stores. We like that there is a good food selection and several brands to choose from, but you don't have to purchase 50 lbs of it.

I placed a pickup order for 11/16 (My first time placing an order at this location) and waited over 1/2 hr to get my order! I showed up and waited.. and waited and some other cars that came in after me got their orders before I did! I saw her bring my order out with someone else's and the lady left my stuff sit in the rain!!! She then helped 2 other customers then took my order back in the warehouse for some reason. I finally went out and asked her what the heck was going on and she thought I was in space 9 for some reason (some really dumb excuse) and I told her I am very clearly in the correct spot (5) that I am parked in. She seemed rather lost and bewildered like she didn't know what was going on and was so slow. Finally - after 1/2 hr+ of waiting I got my order! She even marked it incorrectly as "picked up" around 10+ minutes before it was even brought out to my car and before I asked where my order was! Update: Spoke to Sam's on 11/18 and they made the situation right and compensated me for the errors on their part, which I appreciate. They are also going to try to fix the issue that was not letting me get delivery even tho I should be able to where I'm located. I appreciated the fact they went above and beyond to address the situation.

I come in regularly and have had several great interactions with Shantel, she goes above and beyond every time I come in. I was in the store today and overheard a manager and I felt like they were extremely unprofessional towards her. Shantel had told me last week she was having to get a medical procedure done this week. I couldn't believe she was at work today! And to be talked to that way?! I'm really disappointed with the Walmart brand if that's how management treats someone who's still at work after a medical procedure?!Your management needs to do better. Just makes me feel like I'm better off at Costco over Sam's Club. I've had nothing but amazing and top tier customer service from Shantel. The rest of your staff (management) needs to do better. I’m really disgusted by your management team. The 5 ⭐️’s I’d give to Shantel, but I felt management was so disgusting, it takes it down to 1
