Not much of a shopping person, but went in and got such a welcoming experience, with such politeness. A beautiful, kind hearted JC employee whose said her name was Seliene made my shopping experience so enjoyable! Thanks to her I got the help I needed and more! I would shop here again!

JC penney at Provo Mall, had been my favorite place to go for years. They are always very kind and informative. But today, a young cashier called Esther located at the shoe department, had the most despicable rude attitude, that I literally am considering to not go back. I usually don’t make any complaints, but today this Esther made me feel so uncomfortable with his unbearable attitude. I don’t want anyone to get in trouble, but working for customers you need to make an effort, regardless you are in a good mood or not. Thats why I’m leaving just one star, overall JC Penney is a good store, but probably I should start going somewhere else, I’ve heard Kohls is also a good store too….

Destiny was the best cashier I’ve ever had!! She was so kind & complimentary and made my shopping experience such a joy. I’d go back just to chat with her! They also had the Ashley Graham collection & it’s so refreshing to see trendy and expressive plus size options in fashion. Love it!

The photo center is great every year. We bring our son and they always do a great job. I highly recommend them (as long as you get a Groupon package). Otherwise it's pretty pricey. The staff is always super polite and professional, and their building is extremely clean and well presented.

The store manager and another male employee were super helpful. I was trying to find a dress shirt and they helped me find one that fit just right. A female cashier also promptly helped me check out.

Please don’t advertise a kids craft event just to only had out a handful of Lego’s to a couple kids and say sorry, heres a coupon. We had to walk over to target to get them legos because they were so upset. We were on time, in line and left empty handed. It was a complete waste of our time.

I recently shopped at the Provo store and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean and orderly the store is. The racks and displays in the women’s department were neatly organized and the store associate (Noggi) asked several times if I needed assistance. Kudos to the employees and management for the greatly improved shopping experience.
