So festive for Mardi Gras! Was able to walk in on a Wednesday around 7pm without a wait The actual food is mediocre but not bad. The fried pickles were very salty. The Big Easy burger $19 was loaded with 1 smash patty, 1 hot sausage patty, creole fried shrimp, french fries, american cheese, sauteed onions, remoulade. A fun combo. Sounds like a lot but was a good size to finish. The Brotherly Love $18 milkshake I would get again! Not soon because that was a lot but it was good. Filled with local vanilla ice cream, hershey's chocolate, peanut chews, tasty cake cupcake & kandy kake, peanut butter, amish pretzel stick. Didn’t finish the cake but finished the milkshake. I hear it’s really nicely decorated during Christmas. I would come back for the milkshake and to see

I went to experience this Christmas extravaganza. I enjoyed the vibe and the customer service. I knew there would be a high volume of customers. Therefore I requested a booth. When I arrived I was to they are preparing a table. This took approximately 10-15 minutes. I told them there is an empty booth available. They said it was being held for a party of five. I was denied even though I requested a booth and I was the on time. Yet the table was being held for a party that was late. We were seated in the back. In an area that was so crowded. You could touch the shoulder of the party sitting beside you. We had the best waitress Michaela. She was very nice and made menu suggestions. The food was timely and good. Hats off to the bartender the drinks were awesome. As mentioned in other reviews the prices are steep. There is an automatic 20% gratuity. There is a fee to use your credit card. For what you pay at this saloon. You could pay less in an upscale restaurant. While I enjoyed the visit. I was surprised with my receipt.

Craftsman Row Saloon goes all out with the Christmas decor and delivers a full-on holiday vibe. If you’re looking for an over-the-top Christmas-themed dinner, drinks, or a fun date spot during the holidays, this is definitely the place. The atmosphere is festive and fun, and the food and drinks were solid overall. That said, outside of the holiday season, it’s probably not a place I’d go out of my way to visit. The drinks are pricey (around $20 for each of the Christmas cocktails), and while the food was good, it wasn’t anything standout for the price. Service was a bit slow, but the place was absolutely packed, so reservations are definitely needed. Worth checking out during the holidays for the experience, but more of a seasonal stop than an everyday go-to.

We went for Halloween and it was a fun experience! The atmosphere is fun and filled with decorations, and there are various dishes that were Halloween themed. The food itself was decent, service was good, and atmosphere was top notch! I got a blood bag drink, and that was so unique and good. Drinks were a little pricey, but the rest of the menu was reasonable. We would go back and would love to go back for the Christmas decorations!

Here we are again!! Our (now 4th) annual mom/daughter day~holiday outing in the books. Last year I shared about the Philadelphia trolley tours. This year I get to share about our super fun dining experience! After our event we headed over to the Craftsman to close out our day. So grateful to get reservations (Needed) and check out the holiday hype. They definitely take "deck the halls" literally. The saloon is darling and decorated in every nook and cranny. Our server was beyond delightful! Food runners kind. The following are not complaints! Simply our experience but in no way to sway you from not checking them out for yourselves. It's a bar in Center City Philadelphia. Space is limited. We were a party of 6 and cozy close, but fit fine enough. It's a bar… Food Choices accordingly. The menu is simple. A nice array of options without too many picks to decide from. Portion size was fair. A little bit pricey, but what isn't these days?! Food is tasty. The milkshakes are an absolute must! It did take quite a while to receive our food and it appeared that way with our surrounding tables. Again, no complaints. Just the reality. Yet, if you're there with friends or loved ones and you want something festive and fun… This is your place!! No regrets. ** We do not consume alcohol, but there is a really neat menu for specialty drinks as well** Have fun!!

It’s a cool spot, recommended by a friend who’s local. We ordered shortly after getting our drinks and one item was missing—we didn’t get it until we finished everything else. She got a cheesesteak, I got a smash burger. She liked her cheesesteak, I thought it was dry. The smash burger fell apart the minute I picked it up, and it was a mess. Good flavors, but a PITA to eat. Fries (the item that took 10+ minutes to get) were standard, nothing special. The Boo-schetta (bruschetta) was definitely the best of what we got. No condiments on the table, or S&P. Ambiance was great, the themed cocktails and themed food were really cute. It was cool to check out for their themed popup, and I would encourage you to do the same! Just tamper your expectations a little. Oh, and there’s an automatic 20% tip added to every bill, so be aware. Definitely recommend a reservation, it was packed on a Wednesday night. We made ours 15 minutes before showing up. Whatever it says is available seating wise is likely wrong—we were sat at a booth and the reservation was for a high top. (Yay!)

Beautiful place for a drink. We were stuck on Interstate 95 for 2.5 last night because of multiple car crashes. They stayed open for us and were the last to be served before the kitchen closed. They accommodated us. We were grateful for the outstanding service they showed us. Food was marginal, but the milkshakes were outstanding, not to mention the holiday holiday decorations!
