Fresno Ag Hardware is definitely the coolest hardware store in Fresno! The staff is always super friendly and helpful! My recent experiences with Fernanda in the paint department have been amazing! She was super helpful months ago when I was in and today i was lucky enough for her to help me again. She’s extremely knowledgeable when it comes to paint and making certain recommendations! I highly recommend Fresno Ag to anyone who’s doing a home project or just want to check out a cool store! 👍🏻

What can possibly be said about the incredible Fresno institution that is Fresno Ag? My grandfather used to take me there, and I’m now 66 years old. The service is next level, and I got a taste of the vast years of plumbing experience today from Dan; what a wealth of knowledge and information. A true gift, and blessing to the community. They consistently offer quality products for a fair price. Fresno Ag is one of those legendary spots for a reason. honestly, so many unique and fun options you could do your entire Christmas shopping list in this one place.

I don't go there to often simply due to distance. I have a local Ace that is literally right down the street which is sufficient for that 'generic' item but if I need an odd ball item Fresno AG is where I go to. 10000 times more friendly than the 'other' places I could go to where you spend an hour looking for something and another hour waiting for a monkey to help you look for said item. Both my local and Fresno Ag you get greeted and if you look lost somebody is on you RIGHT NOW and you don't spend an hour looking for that something, they know there stock and where it is. Also they don't 'pressure' you into an upsale which I get but it annoys me; rather, they make a suggestion you might need this or that to go with your esoteric item and 9 out of 10 they are right.!!!!!!!

Francine helped me find odoban cleaner and reviews. She was so helpful. The cleaner is the best one yet for eliminating pet odors. Thank you Francine.

I struggle with Fresno AG. I want to love them...great product, seemingly reasonable prices, well stocked, but the customer service is wildly hit or miss. You either have somebody so friendly and helpful that you swear you'll never go anywhere else again, or you get somebody so insanely rude that you swear you'll never go back. My last visit was a negative one. Went to make a return on something I didn't realize I already had at home. There were 2 receipts stapled together because when I made my initial purchase of 10+ household items there was a defect on one so the cashier returned it and I re-purchased the non-defective. When I approached the counter to say I had a return, I gave the receipt to the cashier. She grabbed it, looked at it for 2 seconds and handed it back to me saying "I'm not dealing with that." I was confused and waited for a follow up. She then told me she would just look up my purchase. I said ok and then she asked "unless your return is on that receipt?" I said yes, thinking that was the obvious reason I handed her the receipt in the first place when I announced I was making a return. She then used it and got more frustrated when she realized I was returning two items. The entire 4 minutes of our interaction were painful and just not good. I understand having a bad day but her responses and attitude were uncalled for. I'm not sure if I'll be back. If you love Fresno AG maybe go to the Clovis location. I've always received good customer service there.
