Tequila House Nightclub

I have been coming to this spot since way back when when it was known as La Torres. Great club if you are looking for Latin night. DJ plays a great variety from reggaeton, bachata, merengue, salsa etc. They have a coat check that starts at 11pm for $5. They have two floors. One smaller one closer to the entrance and then the big man one towards the center of the floor. They have VIP seating around the club and even stairs that lead up to a VIP section. They have an outside patio but was closed due to it being cold but you are still allowed to go outside and sit at your own discretion. Such a nostalgic place for me. It is more of a younger crowd here just an FYI.

We ordered shots for 4 people, it was only half a shot and watered down! Plus the hookah was bad. Very disappointing. I did like that they have two sides with different music, but definitely won’t go back. PSA there’s a cover charge of $10/person when we went.

Came here to have some fun and meet people for my birthday weekend and it did not disappoint. We had such a great time!! Shoutout to their security for making us feel extremely safe & being so attentive - very important in such a crowded place. Definitely excited to come back next time we’re in Charlotte! 🔥

Worst nightclub. They were having a BadBunny House party after the Super Bowl and didn’t play a single Bad Bunny song, but instead played generic house music.

Great atmosphere, everything else was a complete let down. Don’t bother with this place better is out there.

Went here for a day party during the St Patricks Day Bar Crawl. It was so packed. DJ was nice. Staff was cool. I will definitely go back.

I see the potential but it’s not all there. To start off, I love the music! They have 2 sides, one for more of the older side that like bachata, merengue, etc. the other side is mostly reggaeton/perreo, sometimes even rap/rnb. Negatives: the stairs at the entrance/exit can be dangerous. Needs a bunch of upgrades for sure, especially the bathrooms!!! In the ladies room, some doors don’t lock, luckily I had a couple of ladies that were nice enough to watch my back. The bathroom attendants were slacking a bit. The lighting of the club is not the best, they have outdoor seating and those bright lights interfere with the inside. Definitely should dim it down some. Last but not least, the bouncers can be a bit iffy.
