Goblin Market Manga & Curiosities

I LOVE this place!!! It felt like home the second I walked in. Not only is it welcoming, comfortable, and fun, but there’s something for everyone inside. Books, games, art… it made deciding what I wanted to get this time tricky. Their basement section is a meeting place for a monthly get together that I want to try to make soon!

Great selection of Manga! I have found quite a few new series to read as I look around. I love that they have a local artist section too. It’s nice to support local artists and also an independent bookstore too. I wish we lived closer, we would come to the fun looking events they have.

I could spend all day in this bookstore! The vibes are immaculate and I can always find something for my son, who is super into D&D and manga right now. They’ve got tons of graphic novels as well, which is essential for our school library. Big props to Don and the whole crew for always being so welcoming and helpful. Whenever I visit, I know I’ll be leaving with something unique.

What a cool shop! We were looking for a gift - any manga from My Hero Academia, Hazbin Hotel or Studio Ghibli - and they had all three. the clerk showed us exactly where the items for purchase were. They were sure to tell us that the book we selected was a spinoff of the original series in case we really needed the original, which they also carried. The "curiosities" include calendars, games, puzzles, journals, stickers, pins, zines, local prints, etc. They have hot tea at the entrance and a lower level with a reading area.

Absolutely incredible. Great selection, tons of anime, comic books, board games, collectibles and art. Basement has a large space for players to open up games. Lots of very cute gift ideas from local artists, too. Store is clean, and very well setup esthetically, and the shop keepers are extremely knowledgeable. 11/10 highly recommend!

I visited this place solely based on its name. I will say, they are lacking in Curiosities... But their community is really impressive. They have a game table and games downstairs. It seems they have classes on various things such as miniature painting. Their selection of LGBT+ literature with a nerdy flare is the best I've seen, very well curated. If you are an artist or Manga fan, I think you'd be happy to visit this place, but if you're looking for knick knacks and such their selection is more limited. I don't know that I'll be back very often due to the fact that I have limited shelf space for new mangas, but the selection of role playing games in the basement will keep me checking in when I'm itching for a new game. Plus, they have complimentary tea in the front! It's such a cozy little shop!

I found this place randomly while walking home, and it was the best kind of surprise. The atmosphere is simultaneously gothic and warm and inviting, and they have a tremendous selection of tabletop gaming books and supplies. Their comic section is wonderfully curated, and the kids section is divine. We’ve begun making stopping in a habit.
