Pro: - great selection of prizes in claws, having a good amount of skill based machine as well, pretty good - 2 rows of 6 fighting game machine (fairly range from old game like MvC2 to new game SF6) - great selection of rhythm games, having MaiMai, future tone, and the coveted Groove Coaster (with 3 GC machines too, wack) Cons: - Biggest con I have to give to this place, the employee in the guest counter is so L, he looks like he does not want to live anymore or even want to be there, why even work there at this point, literally said "Yeah Yeah" with a condescending tone after we said Thank you, literally kills the our mood to have fun - if you want to play the GC machine, don't use the Left one because 1 of the button is basically dead (unplayable at this point) - the skill based machine is a pro, but the difficulty is kinda extreme (for example, the slide crane is basically a sham, it does not even go all the way down, only touching the box and doesn't even have the power to move the box so it doesn't even budge) - went there last year when they have a dice claw machine, they took it away (such disappointment) Overall: - claws might kinda be too hard but it still doable - rhythm game is a w - fighting game is a w - 1 specific employee is so L so beware
Bowling was fun and seemed like a fine price for two people for an hour, we had no issues with staff everyone was accommodating and nice. Bowling lane was easy and clean. I did try some claw machines though, and these are a much bigger let down than other places I've been to. The claw wouldn't even "grab" at the bottom of many of the larger machines we tried, and it was an obvious difference when we switched to some of the smaller ones - the machine actually "grabbed" when you hit the drop button again. Just don't go for the claw machines, buy your kid a plush online or anywhere else - Primark - for $20.
Round One’s a blast!! had a great time there with friends last visit. If you haven’t been, it’s worth checking out for the classic Japanese arcade fighters and solid mix of side games. Definitely worth a few quarters.
I’ve been a longtime customer since 2021. I recommended family, friends, and even had parties and had students go for a trip here when I was a teacher. But today for my friends’ birthday he had forgotten his fanny pack and plushies. He already left the store around 5 pm and came back around 5:37 looking for his belongings. Thankfully one of my friends saw a guy holding my friend’s fanny pack and said he was going to bring it to lost and found. His plushies were stolen as I recalled a lady holding the exact same prizes I won for him but I initially thought it was a coincidence. We brought our concerns to the staff and they were kind and redirected us to the security. By this time it’s 5:45 ish and the security only looked at footage from the past 30 minutes and said he saw nothing. But he had left way longer than 30 minutes so we urged him to look again, but the security said it was my friend’s fault for losing his belongings and he can’t do anything to help. He could’ve helped and look at the footage at the RIGHT time but he dismissed us and end up not doing his job. My friend group left extremely upset because we spent so much money trying to win these prizes. Now to think about it we do have pictures of him with the plushies before it was stolen. I wished the security guy would genuinely help instead of being dismissive and blaming us.
It's ok. A lot of the machines are broken, the bar is understaffed. The food is right next to the shoe rental place, I avoided ordering because I'm sure there's contamination with the antimicrobial spray they use for the shoes. The games that were working were fun and varied though.
It’s 9:30pm and they’re closed on a Saturday night when it obviously says they’re open until 2am
It's a big fun arcade with a bunch of rigged claw machines, 😆 The fam and I enjoy it here. There's a variety of games, new and old school. Plenty of space. I love the photo booths and the scary games. Bathroom could be tended to a bit more and we haven't tried the food yet, but it seems like they are always busy serving.
