Venus Video Adult Superstore

Was there for the new year week and the video booth went to shit like why remove the doors? You can see they where remove intentionally why??? Put the doors back on you lost so many customers this way normally when am in town am there everyday sometimes twice a day now I went there twice in the 10 days I was there for really disappointing. Hope the doors be back on by July when I return with friends don't disappoint me again

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had in a store of any kind. From the moment I walked into Venus Video Adult Superstore, the staff member with the strong accent treated me like a criminal instead of a paying customer. He followed me around every aisle, hovering over me as if I was stealing, which was not only insulting but incredibly uncomfortable. I came in prepared to spend good money, but instead of being offered help or even basic respect, I was accused of taking pictures, which I absolutely was not doing. When I explained myself politely, he acted like nothing was wrong and then told me I needed to leave. Imagine being ready to invest in expensive products only to be told to get out for no reason. This is harassment, plain and simple. His behavior was rude, hostile, and completely unprofessional. Customers should feel comfortable shopping here, not treated like suspects under constant surveillance. If management allows this kind of treatment to continue, they are going to lose a lot of business. I will never return and I strongly warn others to avoid this store until they hire staff who understand how to treat customers with respect.

This review is about the video arcade not the store itself. The booths are in total disarray. Fans dont work making it incredibly hot inside. Most are missing doors and there just isnt that many of them anymore since the closed the front section off. Now they did fix the videos but now there is an annoying bright white light inside the booth. Be aware of the creeps that hang out in this place and try to take videos or photos of people without them knowing. This was place so much better just a short 5 years ago but ever since Covid it has been nothing but downhill. Hopefully this changes.

Honestly really like this place! They have a great selection of items for reasonable prices. Clerks are relatively friendly. The video booths ($10 to enter the room, no time limit/tokens) are fairly clean, considering where you are. Some of the booths don’t have working audio, and it can get stuffy in the summertime. I come here to "get my tank filled" if you know what I mean, and I’ve left happy several times. 🙂 I’m a woman and feel safe enough here although it can be a little intimidating when there’s a lot of guys in the video room looking for fun. The room has paper towels and hand sanitizer at the front as well. (I haven’t gone to see the girls dance, so I can’t speak for that.)

My first time was enjoyable. Nice selection of inventory, customer service was incredible. The booths were ok. Had fun with my lady and she also had a couple extras to play wit...lol😉🤫....just needs more females to give the full experience you may be looking for. Overall got time and will be back....

Even tho the guy behind the counter and the security guard were rude, obnoxious and seriously lack any social skills I usually have a good time here. Even tho I use the booths and always buy a toy they harassed me for no reason so instead of saying something mean I just left and I probably won’t go back again because there’s plenty of other spots around which are honestly much better.

Its nice. Great toys. Everytime i went i got more curious about going in the back but never had the guts. Then i met some guy i knew from years ago asked me if i wanted to see. I went with him and the rest is history.
