Went to visit this bookstore that I heard was amazingly spooky with a friendly atmosphere. It a nice cozy bookstore with tons of Horror books and one of them catching my eye immediately! The staff there was very nice and welcoming. They even hold A scary movie night at the end of each month and they offer free book marks to have. This is a win win in my books!

So upset at myself for not ever knowing or visiting this shop before!!! Best selection of indie horror and popular horror books I've ever seen! And the PRICES! wow! They have lgbtq+ horror, latine horror, indie horror, splatterpunk, extreme horror, even some kids horror! This is a small shop but my boyfriend and I spent so long browsing each and every book, they have so much! I got SIGNED COPIES of books! I am definitely returning. Staff was super welcoming and kind when checking out. I love the vibe in here. Thank you! 🙂

This was a great place that I’m so glad we visited. Any fan of horror should stop by and take a look at the selection of macabre books. They really have something for every kind of horror fan.

Probably the best bookstore I've ever been to. Found tons of great horror you'd never find in a mainstream bookshop, was absolutely THRILLED to find this place, always happy to find local bookstores in general but a horror focused one is just a dream come true.

I always love when I have the opportunity to stop in at Ghoulish Books! This is a fun little bookshop aimed at the spooky, creepy, and bizarre niches. The owner and their wife run a publishing company and Max is always more than happy to autograph your book if you purchase one of their own works. I never leave empty handed when I visit!

This store is open at a new location, 628 S. Saint Marys, Suite 102. Still has the best selection of Horror Books in San Antonio.
