Clerk has a bad attitude needs to try her own products might adjust her attitude

I was in a pinch and needed some things to complete an outfit, Emily K went above and beyond! Seriously so sweet and helpful! Will be returning!!

Store is great the clerk has an attitude following you around like you're trying to steal not trying to be helpful

excellent and knowledgeable staff. there was one lady who helped me, i can't remember her name, but she was awesome at making sure i found what i needed and didn't kill my budget. super friendly people, never had a bad experience with them 🙌

Fast and friendly service everytime.

Happy we have this store in Shreveport. Unfortunately, a bad experience may have me avoiding in the future. With no other customers in the store, the staff came from behind the cashiers counter 25-30 yards twice to correct the way my fiance and I wore our masks. The second approach I asked the Cindie's staff "is it the owners policy to make sure we're wearing our masks appropriately when there's no one else here and we're on the other side of the store?" She replied "yes, it's a privately owned business, I'm only doing my job." I told her I understood and left the merchandise I had intended to buy with her when I left.

Never had a bad experience here. Been shopping here for years and the staff has always been kind, helpful, and created a comfortable environment. Products have always been charged and tested before being sold to me and workers have always given honest opinions about products which I really appreciate!
