Nice book store. They have good seating but the place is so popular that available seats are u common. Do not park near front door and avoid the drive way as it is heavily congested and you get stuck. Sundays are extremely busy. They are very kid friendly. However the toys are very expensive and much cheaper online. Great place to come and hang out tho.

A well designed book store with lots of activities for kids. I love spending time there with my child. The staff are so amazing, very knowledgeable and warm. You find them helpful. They have a big collection of dinosaurs 🙂 it’s our main stop whenever we are there!

Beautiful B&N with an enticing interior and creatively arranged displays, ranging from manga to cookbooks. There’s a cute cafe with lunch and dessert items, as well as a quiet eating area where you can enjoy your purchases. I greatly enjoyed my time here!

I mostly go there for records, as they do have a wider selection than most retail places open later that carry records. However, I often find 3 or 4 I want to buy, but 3 of them have been crammed in too-tight shelves and beat up, so I go order them from my normal sources online. A great place to spot a few albums I want, but would rather take them home and listen. Last time trying to look at the ones up top just had them falling on me below, and it was hard to look through the tight shelves without bending sleeves. I did come out with 1 good record this last visit though, and 4 others to order elsewhere when I got home.

I stopped in because I needed help with my Nook. Hannah and Zane spent a good deal of time with me trying to rectify my issue. They never knew made me feel like I was taking too much of their time. Bonus points to both of them for figuring out the issue and getting me up and running, again! Thank you for your outstanding customer service!

Beautifully decorated store, has an excellent selection of books, games, Lego’s, and stationary, amongst other items. The stands are incredibly organized in a cohesive, engaging manner. My favorite B&N so far! Will come again.

Ten stars if I could because of how INCREDIBLE employees like JACK and ZANE are! Recently I had the pleasure of having both of them help me locate a copy of Anne Frank's diary. In the process, they exhibited EXCEPTIONAL customer service to me. I also had the opportunity to watch them working with customers whose needs were more complicated; in those cases, they maintained the same levels of professionalism and personality that they had shared with me--the hallmarks of exceptional retail service (as anyone who has been there knows). Their teamwork was impressive and another illustration of how INCREDIBLE the employees are here. In short, they epitomize the BEST POSSIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE POSSIBLE and deserve Barnes and Noble's highest recognition for their professionalism!
