The Home Depot

Went in to have my truck battery exchange since it's dead and under a 3 year warranty. I was told they no longer sell the battery and that I could drive over 100 miles to a store that has one. When I asked to speak to manager to see if they had more authority to help me. Montrell in customer service rolled his eyes at me. I asked did he think that having an attitude was going to get us anywhere and he then laughed at me. I asked him if he thought me being out over $200 is funny he then laughed again. I went to look over the screen to get his name and he then leaned in and straightened his name tag and asked if he wanted me to write it down. Horrible experience and still out the $200+. The only positive about this is that I can take my business else where. $30k+ a year spent through home depot as im a contractor here in town. Saddest part is home depot does not care. $365 billion company arguing over $200. Disgusting.

This store looks good, all the workers were nice, most of them asked how everything was going just trying to be nice and store is really nice in a good location! 5/5 for Home Depot in Woodman Park Colorado Springs

Tammy in the kitchen section really knows what she's talking about, helpful and sweet! Also Victoria at the registers is VERY kind and does whatever she can to take care of you! Love the staff here, I recommend this spot specifically because of how helpful the staff is

I went in to get some replacement boards cut for my bedframe. I brought the board in with me but I had no other knowledge going in lol. The first employee I asked for help, and older gentleman, was quite rude to me, but one of the two younger guys in the lumber section took over and he was very nice. He helped me pick out a good wood, helped me find a near match for the width, and even measured the board I brought in for me. He was very kind, and I regret not getting his name so I could praise him specifically. If you see this, sir, and you helped a blue haired girl cut two boards for a bedframe, thank you so much for being nice! I was literally so anxious the entire time lmao.

The team working the Christmas section is working very hard and doing an amazing job. I went to grab some Christmas lights that I saw were low in stock, a team member remembered seeing them on a pallet and went and got them for me! I’m super grateful for their help!

Yet another store I will not be patronizing. I bought a bottle of odouband and it didn't work for my purposes.And I brought a nearly full bottle , which is labeled as being nearly fourteen dollars. I didn't have my receipt and Usually they have a record of your purchase and they don't need a receipt. They only refunded almost six dollars back to me because I was told that that was the price now. Oh really?Why not change it in a timely manner? I was told that's why we're encouraged to keep our receipts so we can get the full price.
