Did the Italy Cruise starting in Rome, goes down around the boot and up the east coast. Excellent all the way around. The food in the on board Italian restaurant and Chefs Table was some of The Best I've ever had. Every day a new port to visit for 7 days. Highly recommend Viking.

5-Star Experience with Viking (again) — Special Thanks to Tammy King I recently had an excellent experience with Viking while sorting out an unexpected situation involving my 95+ father, who requires special care. I reached out to Tammy King, since I had worked with her years ago and remembered how exceptional she was. Tammy once again went above and beyond. She was patient, caring, and incredibly thorough. She took the time to understand my father’s needs, guided us through the process, and made sure every detail was handled the right way. Her follow-up was outstanding — she stayed in close contact and truly looked out for him. Every Viking cruise my father has taken over the years has been exceptional, especially when it comes to customer service. This experience with Tammy only reinforced why he continued to choose Viking. Viking is fortunate to have someone like Tammy King. My family is genuinely grateful for her help.

Terrible experience!!!! My wife and I booked a Great Lakes cruise. I was unable to go due to medical reasons. Viking was not willing to change the name on the reservation so a friend of my wife could go in my place. I had to cancel my reservation losing the total cost of my portion! It cost an additional $10,906.50. I had to pay twice because it was against their policy to change a name on the reservation. Now I have to through the hassle of filing a claim with the travel insurance! To me this is so wrong on many different levels. Last time I will have anything to do with Viking!!!!
