Room Seven

I’m extremely disappointed with how my birthday was handled this past Saturday. It was distasteful and unprofessional. We confirmed over the phone that I would not be moving my section for a rapper who didn’t even show up, yet it was moved anyway without my consent. Communication was also lacking. Calls were not answered, and had they been, you would have known my group was prepared to purchase eight bottles total, starting with two. The only thing I wanted on my actual birthday was for what we agreed on to be honored. Instead, I left feeling completely played and disregarded. Professionalism and clear communication should be the bare minimum, especially when guests come ready to spend and celebrate a special occasion.

Every time I go to Room7, it’s for sure a vibe! the music is always on point, the bartenders and servers are so much fun and Abby is literally the best! She knows my drink and hookah order by heart and always makes sure my people and I are having a good time. the fire pit on the patio outside is such a nice vibe too..especially in the summer. If u haven’t been u should definitely go. u won’t regret it.

Me and my partner paid money to see Certified Trapper and he did not show up and the venue was shut down before closing and when we asked simply for a refund because the performer did not arrive, we were rudely encountered and denied a refund and financial compensation for the lack of entertainment. It’s like going to a show, seeing the DJ, but the artist never shows up. Disappointing. Will never come back and you shouldn’t either.

The door security was rude, unprofessional, and lacked basic human decency. They were not on the same page and gave conflicting information while cussing at people. Not a great look as soon as you walk in. Not to mention it gets crowded quickly with barely any room to enter or exit.

Went to Room 7 Sunday night at open and it was a terrible experience. My friend paid $90 for a hookah and two drinks, and I paid $40 for two single-shot drinks—but the "singles" were poured like doubles and still cost $20 each. The pricing was inconsistent, and we both felt overcharged. The bartenders were taking shots at an alarming rate, disappearing, overpouring, overcharging, and clearly intoxicated while serving—which is against Wisconsin law. It made us uncomfortable. On top of that, people outside were getting free drinks and hookah while we were paying inflated prices. Hookah service was poor too—we had to ask multiple times for tongs and hot coals instead of staff helping or giving proper guidance. this place was unsafe and disappointing. I’d like to know about how to receive a refund please.

Security bald guy and is rude and think he above power . He needs to learn more before accusing and discriminating people .very rude . Will never come back there . Turned away 12 people for something that could’ve easily been talked about . Very unprofessional. Will never come back here again . Not a great experience

Was planning on to spend money on don julio 1942 and the bartenders are extremely rude and don’t greet you and snap their fingers at you don’t even ask you want you want to drink. Just dictate where you stand. Extremely unprofessional save your time and money!! Honestly I left!
