Hester Park

Setup a new grill because all of them were taken, one of the workers drove around 3 times watching me to then proceed to tell me I could not have a personal grill. There are no posted signs stating such and the fact that I had to leave because of this is ridiculous. Post the rules in a visible manner or don’t run people off. The lady had a smile the whole time she was speaking after I had fully prepared food for my family.

I come here all the time…such beautiful scenery! The trail isn’t that big but still makes for a great scenic walk. The lake is my favorite part.

What a beautifully kept, peaceful nature haven! I haven't been here in over thirty years and I am so glad I decided to take my dog to this lovely park today. There are gazebos, picnic tables, grills, a walking trail, picturesque fishing lake with ducks and several docks circumferencing the area. It's just a great spot, 100%.

Beautiful scenery and has a lake!! The park is big and spacious. Includes shelters and restrooms. I joined a homeschooling co-op to teach the children about soil layers. We had so much fun learning by the lake and using our natural environment.

Love coming here and walking the lake. Very peaceful, very spacious. Beautiful. Tend to be maintained well with nice bathrooms. Plenty of outside tables, and playgrounds. One of the best parks in Greensboro.

I enjoy going to different parks around the Greensboro area..this park did not disappoint. I felt safe (a lady was on golf cart patrolling)..offered nice walking trail (alittle over a mile)..2 docks you could fish into the lake from ..kid's areas..clean bathrooms...benches..gazebo..lots of picnic tables and picnic shelters with grills..
