Great place to spend the day with the family. Awesome that you can bring your own food but if you don't want to there is also a grill inside the beach. There are some chairs but recommend bringing your own as they fill up quickly. Living close by makes the membership well worth it. There are many lifeguards on duty and they do frequent safety checks and if your little one isn't swimming well they have some life vests to use. Disability friendly with ramp/sidewalk down to the beach if the elevator is not working. Also a chair lift to get into the water.

This place brought out my inner child! Visiting Chicago from Ohio and came out of our way to come here — 0 regrets — in fact I want to move here just for it. I’m a diver and back home it’s super hard to find places to let you practice dives. This was a breath of fresh air. I LOVE the huge deep end and the laid back atmosphere. The park and surrounding areas were super clean, including the locker rooms. I am thoroughly impressed and so jealous of (and happy for) folks who live in the vicinity!

This beach is adorable and pretty awesome! Didn't feel crowded at all! Love that you can bring a cooler with food and drinks. NO glass or alcohol. There is so much space to pick a spot and lay out or picnic at. They have a food concession with a lot of options! Love that they have so many lifeguards on duty! I counted 12 when I was there. The zero depth entry and sand area is great for the smaller kiddies. They have life vests you can use for free as well! The bathrooms were extremely clean! I love this beach. The admission to get in is fair. $14 non resident adult. Free parking!

Seriously fabulous former quarry turned "beach". There is something for everyone in this zero depth entry sandy beach with water slide, sandy beach with water features, high and low diving boards, clean as can be in historic 1931 built and updated swim wares with shady grassy areas, swim lessons, exercise classes, bbq areas, snack shack, bike racks and more. Great for families with young children, families hanging out together, teens having fun together, 20 somethings, empty nesters and everyone in between simply enjoying the summer in their own way. The lifeguards are so well trained nsc were practicing when we were there. We love the Saturday’s d Sunday morning adult floats.

Best outdoor swim spot in the suburbs. Huge - no matter how crowded it gets, you can always find a spot in the grass and in the water. The kids swim test is hard for a reason. You have to be a good swimmer to be comfortable swimming in the deep end and swimming laps (even for adults- you need to be honest with yourself about how well you can swim). If you follow the rules and you're confident in the water, the lifeguards won't bother you. The pool feels more like a lake without all the gross parts of lake swimming. Love that you can bring in food, rent a grill, etc. Highly recommend if you love swimming.

A fun and relaxing way to spend the day! You can bring in food and your chairs. There is plenty of shade if you don't enjoy being in the sun. Their food is good, but there is usually a wait. Sometimes, you can order online and pick it up.

Slice of heaven right in downtown Naperville. It is an excellent place for group events, holidays, and making great memories. The beach has a very friendly staff that puts safety first.
