Absolutely excellent service! Had an issue with my AirCon at dock. We believed it to be the electronic control system on the boat. In the middle of a heat wave, Willie and one of his guys came to my dock, and very quickly (probably 15 mins) isolated the problem was actually shore power at dock, not my boat! Very impressed at both the promptness, and accuracy of the diagnosis! Highly recommend St Barts for service on our Lagoon! Thank you again for excellent service!

I don't know where to start....In today's economic environment you really have to lower your expectations because finding great staff is very difficult. I will start with the owner who clearly values his staff above all else because they are here during this competitive market in the boat industry. These guys are the epitome of professional and experienced. I do not think there is any difficult job that you can hand them that they cannot problem solve and complete. In fact I would say that is thier specialty and they thrive on challenge. That being said, you could come to them with any of your boat needs and they will take care of you. I also want to give a personal shout out to the office staff, professional, polite, accommodating and just straight up super nice people. The boat genius of JM, Matt Eddie and Alex is top notch and they will not disappoint. A special mention of Ben who is the nicest young man you could meet.

Me and my wife purchased our first boat from Andy Lee. Being new to the market and the ways of the boat world i didnt realize just how lucky we got having Andy as our broker. Every step of the way it felt like I gained a family member that knows the business. We bought the boat in Jacksonville, but live in charleston. Andy kept us informed and updated on boat progress, helped expedite the process with an experienced finance team, and played a key role in boat delivery finding us a wonderful captain for delivery to Charleston. When we upgrade in the future and have friends that want to join in the boat world, you will always get our business. Cheers good sir!

St Barts is truly consistent top notch quality across multiple locations and resource levels. My first experience was with a broker in Jacksonville, FL (Carey English) who was nothing but the VERY best in terms of depth of knowledge and professionalism when it came to shopping for a sailboat upgrade. We found the perfect boat and to this day we trust St Barts in Charleston (the mother ship) with all of our maintenance needs. Jean Michel is almost as entertaining as he is knowledgeable on the care and feeding of your vessel. He is usually able to pin point the exact problem within minutes and he has a reputation for being finicky about quality of parts and workmanship- truly an amazing and gifted man with a fabulous team! Chuck (owner of St Barts) has a kind and easy going midwestern air about him and has surrounded himself with an amazing pool of talented and wonderful people. I would highly recommend St Barts based on 3+ years of my own personal experience in terms of trust, quality service/workmanship and responsiveness.

From what I can tell, St. Barts operates with 3 business units: the assembly, brokering, and customization of new Beneteau boats, brokering of pre-owned boats, and servicing of owned boats. They specialize in sailboats, but have trawlers as well. My experience with working with the whole team has been top-notch. The sales team is very knowledgeable, and they choose to educate potential buyers about the upsides/downsides so that the buyer can make up their own mind instead of being typical high-pressure salesmen. The service team is also very knowledgeable and can do just about anything in the way of repair or customization. Their work is professional with attention to detail. What stood out to me was that they are normal people. If you don't need something done, they will tell you. If they can't do something, they will recommend someone who can. As a new boat owner, I call on them for help frequently. It's been great to be able to get quick help. My experience with other marine repairers is that they will get to your boat when they feel like it. We've always received prompt attention from these guys. Highly recommend.

St Barts is a great company. I get parts for my Beneteau sailboat from them. Every experience has been excellent starting with Amanda and others who answer and ensure I get in touch with the people to whom I need to speak. Jean Michel is incredibly helpful and informative.
