Riverfront Recapture, Inc.

To my shock today, I saw that you are tearing down the bank trees just north of the amphitheater! Why? There is wildlife that lives in and among the trees, including a family of beavers I usually see every day coming up the bank to eat clovers. With all this tough talk about how we are supposed to help protect the environment, I see a company like yours tearing it down! Not only are you destroying a habitat in there, but now there's less shade during the heat when people walk along the river! How arrogant it is to completely disregard the local wildlife because of what? There's nothing that can excuse this!

It's a pleasant walk, keep going past the boathouse to find the path through the woods. Perfect for a bike, path will even work with road bike, not too ragged but dirt and grass.

Wonderful place in hartford where you can find peace. Apart from that most of the exciting event of hartford happens here only.

Located at the heart of Hartford, this spot is a top choice for leisurely strolls, relaxation, or casual exploration in the downtown area. Meticulously maintained, it exudes tranquility, providing a clean and inviting environment. What sets it apart are the occasional events that add vibrancy and excitement, creating a dynamic urban experience. With well-manicured spaces, it's a versatile destination, offering both moments of personal reflection and communal enjoyment. It perfectly encapsulates the essence of Hartford's urban charm.

Relaxing, fairly quiet place for a leisurely stroll. If you are walking with a dog be careful since some spots tend to have quite a bit of litter. Otherwise, it’s a nice spot to walk and also has some nice views of the city.
