BMW of Wichita Falls

If I could leave a zero star review I most certainly would. Anyways I own a 2013 Mercedes C300 that was in need of a fresh pair of shoes on the rear. The process of that transaction was smooth, easy and pleasant until it wasn’t. Sadly the subframe was cracked so I went ahead and added that as well as the windshield, rotors, brake pads etc. For anyone that knows cars the list combined is a hefty bill which I have held my end. Fast forward from 2 weeks ago when all this started to today, I’ve dealt with no one answering phones to check the status of progress. I’ve had to go in person 4 separate times to get answers. Furthermore I was given promise that my vehicle would not leave the lot under any circumstances and the only folks that would be working on it would be Joe and Roger which I trust with their combined experience. Since then without My approval my car has been to a third party shop to replace the windshield which was never okayed. And the kicker, the windshield wasn’t installed correctly and my car came back with 5 very visible scratches to the paint and road tar as well. Tread lightly if your doing any serious maintenance with this dealership

I was driving through Wichita Falls (I’m from Houston) when I got a flat tire and luckily found this BMW dealership nearby. Yevette in the service department was super helpful and really worked to squeeze me in even though they were busy. The whole team was upfront and honest about what needed to be done, which I appreciated. They even sent me a video from the service bay showing exactly what they worked on, a really nice touch that gave me peace of mind. I was going to ask them to match a nearby tire shop, but their price ended up being the best already. Honestly, I was impressed. If you’re in the area and something happens with your BMW, this place will take care of you.

AMAZING service. Run-flat tire failed last night in rare freezing snow/icy weather on our trip from Denver to Dallas. Tire performed as advertised in middle of night getting us to safety. Exactly one minute after 7 am opening time, our guardian angel Yvette answered the call. Arranged our fix, replaced our tire, sent a shuttle when Uber wasn’t available and even welcomed us with open arms and a smile. TOP service from a great place and a high performance customer service representative. My wife and I were blessed to be saved from an emergency situation. Yvette——We’re grateful. THANK YOU!!!

I recently purchased a newer vehicle; my previous vehicle had 270,000 miles, it was time. At first I had sticker shock….. I went to multiple places, one salesman told me to return with my husband…… seriously. Matt Rivera at BMW was very patient and didn’t hound me later with multiple calls or texts. I purchased a 2023 Cadillac XT4. I "felt" like I got a good deal and was very happy the everything start to finish. 8 wks later my new vehicle was totalled in the hail storm! I went back to Matt at BMW, and again I had great service. Matt remembered the vehicles I liked previously. He made it very easy for me by having similar vehicles parked in front of building. I purchased a 2023 BMW X3, and I absolutely love it. I have needed service twice (maintenance) and both times staff was very helpful and courteous. I highly recommend Matt Rivera and Grubbs BMW of Wichita Falls.

Loved working with Yevette! She made the whole experience great! I also appreciated the detailed video of my multipoint inspection. Shuttle service after dropping off my car was so convenient and helpful!

I would like to say that Yevette was very professional with me since day one. Even in times of me being frustrated she would stay calm. I over heard she was the only one working for a while too. Very good worker. 10/10.

I cannot say enough about this dealership and the incredible team that helped me during a very stressful situation. I was traveling on a Saturday when my car broke down in the middle of nowhere. I had it towed to this BMW dealership around 3PM, just as the technician was heading out for the day. Instead of leaving, he stayed to assess the vehicle and give me a realistic ballpark estimate of the repairs. That information was critical, because my options were limited — either tow my completely dead car elsewhere and attempt to buy something new, or explore options there. I was not in the headspace to buy a new car. I just needed to get back on the road in time to be with my daughter for Christmas. The General Manager, Miah Bradbury came over personally once he understood my situation. He was empathetic, solution-focused, and genuinely supportive. He even offered $$$ for my non-running vehicle so I wouldn’t have to deal with another tow or try to sell it in that condition. That level of flexibility and compassion meant everything. The sales consultant, Elrond Moreno was outstanding — knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy. The entire team stayed three hours past closing to make sure I could get into a new vehicle and safely back on the road. The GM even recommended a local hotel, which turned out to be fantastic. The next morning, my sales consultant, Elrond met me again to walk me through all the new technology in the vehicle to ensure I felt confident before driving home. What could have been a nightmare turned into one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Professional, kind, solution-oriented, and truly above and beyond. I am beyond grateful.
