The Inn at Opryland, A Gaylord Hotel

The hotel's location is good if you're looking to go to Opryland. My main complaint is they don't have any steaming hot water for your shower. It only gets lukewarm; however, the water from the sink gets really hot. We only stayed there because Opryland was booked and the agent recommended it to us since it was their sister location. You can tell they've remodeled the hotel. We had an exterior room and it was decent with a small cruise ship bathroom. The indoor pool is great for the kids and the restaurant was decent. Another complaint I have is that we had to walk back because we were unaware of the time of the last shuttle leaving Opryland on Sunday night. They should have the schedule printed somewhere with all of the pickup/drop off times. We had one good bus driver who constantly announced when she was coming back to pick us up from the Opryland, Mall, and hotel. I'm unsure of why they all can't be required to do that. Other than that, it was good. And they had friendly staff.

This hotel is in an excellent location for those who are planning to attend the Grand Ole Opry or a convention nearby. Lots of food venues nearby to choose from, including a pretty decent restaurant in the hotel. Rooms were very clean, but a little dark given the layout. It honestly didn't really matter for us as we selected this place for the location. Uber prices were around 13 to 20 bucks to downtown which is obviously a plus. The front desk service could improve though. Regardless, I will stay here again given the above mentioned circumstances.

Don’t suggest at all there’s weird stains everywhere and it smells so bad. There was bullet holes in the wall, and the floors were always dirty. It’s absolutely a one star rating. The pool is also really dirty. It might’ve just been my stay, but I would not suggest ever coming back. The smell is disgusting too. It smelled like feces. There was bugs everywhere in blood stains all over the floor too. Please don’t come.

Nice place to stay . Friendly staff, nice and clean. Beds were comfortable , both I and my husband ( picky about beds )and people we were with liked the beds . Shuttle service most of the time. Bar was never open when we got back to room so do not know about the bar area. We had a little issue with our toilet not flushing, but they fixed it immediately. The toilet / shower area is a bit small for big guys . But it was quiet and every one was helpful and kind. I would stay there again,if you do not want to be downtown in all the traffic. Lyft was about $17.00 for two to downtown area. But the hotel does have shuttles also. Did miss not having a continental type breakfast. The value for the money was there.

Great location, comfortable rooms and plenty to do within walking distance. But basically it's a place to sleep. Nothing else. No coffee, no breakfast, and you pay $8 for a two dollar bottle of water in the lobby. There is a complimentary shuttle to Opryland and the Uber spot is convenient. But thats it. For a Marriott it's pretty meh... I dont know if we would stay there again. It's just ok.

Great comfortable hotel near the airport. The staff are wonderful! The rooms have been remodeled and are clean and cozy. Great food options at the hotel, and more spots within walking distance.

Clean room. Comfortable but we were right by the road and a hallway so it was loud. Access to the pool/hot tub made it a better experience. Note that the pics of the boat ride and the huge plant loaded atrium is NOT at this hotel but at the Opry across the street.
