Holston House Nashville - The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

Amazing 3 night stay here. Greeted at the door and our luggage carried up the stairs. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms spacious and a nice large bathroom with a separate toilet cubical. This hotel is literally a 5minute walk from broadway, perfect location. Every evening we enjoyed the managers drinks in the lobby where you get a cocktail and a chance to chat to staff and other guests which picking a record to play. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was nice and had many interesting characteristics preserved from its original foundation, which gave it a lot of charm and personality. The lobby was beautiful and included both a breakfast establishment and a bar, creating a welcoming and lively atmosphere. They also host a cocktail hour with complimentary drinks during a specific time, which was a wonderful added perk. The location was perfect and close to Broadway. The rooms and bathrooms were on the smaller side, but nicely maintained. Overall, it was a nice stay, especially if you appreciate historic details and unique character.

Holston House is such a gem in downtown Nashville. From the moment you walk in, the art deco design and stylish atmosphere immediately set the tone — it feels unique, vibrant, and full of character without trying too hard. The location truly can’t be beat. It’s just steps from Broadway and all the live music, restaurants, and nightlife, yet the hotel itself feels like a peaceful retreat when you’re ready to unwind. It’s the perfect balance of energy and comfort. Tori at the front desk was amazing, I had a few booking issues and she helped figure it out in no time. The breakfast was AMAZING here! Loved being able to walk to Broadway!

Holston house was fantastic!! Cozy lobby, great rooms, and a spacious bathroom which I appreciated. Service was excellent as I was able to get my room key within 5 minutes speaking with them. TENN breakfast was amazing with many options. The nashville hot chicken breakfast bowl filled me up. They were courteous holding my bags by the front desk after check out. Despite the 10 minute walk to the heart of broadway, this hotel was incredible and I would love to stay here again. Need to spend more time on rooftop next time. Gym was substantially better than most hotels and had everything I needed.

We couldn't be more pleased with our 4-day stay at Holston House! We were staying due to our power being out and are so happy we chose this place. Lobby staff was efficient and friendly, bar staff was EXCEPTIONAL/fun and the room was perfect for me, my boyfriend and our 2 cats. Food-wise, breakfast was good and dinner from the bar was decent as well. Book your stay here! You won't regret it!!

We absolutely loved this hotel! It’s extremely nice, very cozy and beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the bar, drinks were great and our bar tender was amazing, I forgot his name but he was so friendly and knowledgeable. The valet service is super convenient and everyone is so nice, Hector and William grabbed our car and helped load our luggage. I would 100% stay here again!
