Hilton Nashville Green Hills

Loved this hotel. The rooms are spacious, clean and well lit. The food at the restaurant was freshly made and delicious. The food was amazing. They had live music at the bar. I enjoyed my stay and will be back. Great location. They had great snacks and decor for Valentines Day.

I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at your hotel. Having stayed with you in the past, I wanted to note that my experience this time around was by far the best I’ve had.|In particular, I want to recognize Paris. Every time we crossed paths, she greeted me warmly and was incredibly attentive to all of my needs and concerns. Traveling for business can be stressful, but her professionalism and constant smile made a significant difference in my stay.|This is truly one of the best hotels I have visited, thanks to staff members like Paris. I look forward to returning in the future.

I came for the Tennessee Federal Tax Conference, and I was so impressed with the hotel. It is absolutely beautiful! |Most importantly, I had an incredible experience with one of your employees: Paris Coleman. She helped me extend my stay, and while I was at the front desk, she told me about the Black Friday Glam Getaway special… I immediately called my husband, and he was excited about it and told me to go ahead and book it. I booked for two nights, and Paris helped me secure the exact same room that I had been staying in during this trip. I needed to make sure that we would have a king bed because my husband is 6’5", so his feet hang off a queen bed. She said it was no problem and got it done for me. She also called me "Mrs. Kendall" every time she saw me throughout the hotel, and I appreciated that she remembered my name. That kind of personal touch is how you make customer service top-notch. You all have a gem of an employee in Paris, and I hope leadership knows that. |I can’t wait to be back next weekend and show my husband this amazing hotel that I found for us! Thanks for everything, especially Paris!

Positive: Breakfast buffet was on point, Great food Negative: Water main break, wasn’t able to shower after morning workout and pool session.Was left in my sweaty filthy mess till I flew home. Wasn’t pleasant

We had a 2 night reservation at this hotel, which we made online. It was during a power outage, and we recognize it was chaotic for all. My husband physically waited in line to check in at 2pm. They confirmed they had our reservation and said to come back at 4pm. When we came back at 4pm, the line was 75 people long. My husband waited in line for 2 hours and 10 minutes before a manager admitted that they overbooked and had no room the rest of us in line. At this point, it was dark. They did not offer us internet to help find other rooms. Cell service was minimal. They did mention 6 rooms in Cool Springs that they could help us get, however this was a half hour drive in an ice storm and we had no gps due to the lack of cell service. It was traumatic for my family. What they should have done at 2pm is to say that they believe they had overbooked to give us a chance to solve this problem at daytime, and not in the dark with crying children. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone. Management put people at risk by waiting to long to acknowledge a problem that they knew that they had.

I stayed at the Hilton Green Hills during the ice storm. I have to especially rave about Raven, Carmen, Sulia, George, David & Michelle (restaurant), Paris, Riley, Ghassan, and Gustavo for exceptional assistance during my stay. The room was excellent and the stay extremely comfortable. Excellent job to the whole crew (including two young women in the restaurant whose names I forgot to get) at a very rough time for everyone! Upon arrival our room was not ready, which did create a stress for us, as we were heading to a hockey game that evening. However Ms. Kay was extremely helpful and great getting us taken care of, removing any stress we had immediately. We went to the game and upon our return she had gone above and beyond to ensure we were all set. She was a pleasure to talk with and worked hard to ensure our happiness throughout. The next day Paris was extremely attentive following up via text to ensure we were settled in ok and happy with everything. The staff made our stay here an absolutely amazing experience, I will definitely stay here again soon. The room was very clean, and well maintained, comfortable beds, and a convenient location made this hotel a great find for my family and I. Great job all around by the entire staff!!
