This hotel is a good budget hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to visit again. Very clean, room serviced daily and extremely helpful staff.||The breakfast is basic help yourself, muffins, bagels, cereal, waffles, paper plates, and plastic cutlery. ||There are only 4 tables with 12 seats (2 x 4 seats and 2 x 2 seats) which means you'll be eating standing up some mornings, until someone vacates a table, or sitting in reception balancing your breakfast on your lap ... this was the only downfall we came across with this hotel. Decaf coffee is available in the rooms but not at breakfast, so you'll need to make it in your room and take it with you if (like me) caffeine makes you ill.

This hotel was great for the price. It was one of the cleaner rooms and hotels that I have stayed in for the price. The guy at the front was real nice checking me in as well as when I was checking out. The sheets on my bed were so smooth and comfy. The TV had a great guide and channel selection. My mini fridge worked great. Shower had good water pressure and super hot water. Breakfast was real minimum they get away with hot breakfast with a waffle maker. I don't usually do hotel eggs anyways. But they have cereal muffins bagels yogurt apples.

Nashville's sleep inn was overall a good experience. The beds were very comfortable, the staff friendly and efficient, the hotel was clean and easy to navigate. The water pressure was wonderful as well. The only two downsides were the almost too small rooms and breakfast area In the king size bed rooms, the room was a little cramped. I had to move a chair to bring the luggage cart in. In the 2 queen sized bed rooms, the furniture fit the layout of those rooms better. I didn't expect a big room, but the chair definitely made it feel smaller with how it was arranged. The breakfast area has the basics, but theres only a few tables and very little counter space. The coffee machine is separate from the breakfast nook, it's by the front desk which isn't far away. In the morning, the breakfast nook did leave some things to be desired with space to move around when the tables were full.

It wasn’t easy finding a nice room with affordable pricing in Nashville, but I managed to do it. While in town for a concert I failed to make advance reservations and found that the area hotels were either full or priced incredibly high. Lesson learned-don’t forget to book in advance. I finally found a last minute room, only because someone cancelled, at the Sleep Inn on Dickerson Pike in Nashville. Not knowing what to expect as I’d never stayed with a Sleep Inn before; I found it to be very clean and well kept. The gentleman at the desk was very polite and accommodating and not knowing the area he was able to give me dining options in the area. He was very much a great host and since I’d been searching for a room for more than an hour; his friendly demeanor helped with easing my frustrations. The room was quite clean and well maintained and seemingly quiet. There was a breakfast available the morning however, we opted to skip the breakfast and meet our friends at a nearby restaurant for a brunch. I can’t say enough good things about my experience at this hotel and I will definitely use them again the next time I’m in Nashville. Thanks Sleep Inn and please acknowledge the guy that checked us in…I forgot to get his name. oops!

Upon arrival I was nervous, my sister had booked the hotel and I wasn’t sure if that was going to be an issue for the ID and payment. I explained the situation to the worker and it wasn’t an issue. I was talking to Bert and telling him why I was in Nashville visiting and he set me up in a room that would be convenient for me, which was greatly appreciated. He was very kind, helpful, and informative about a multitude of things. Me and my friend asked him about downtown Nashville and what it’s like (I had never been) and he was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again, the uber isn’t very expensive to downtown (I think it was $12 for the fastest ride) and there’s food nearby to grab late night. Again shoutout to Bert!! He is AWESOME!

Great little hotel for the price and excellent service! It’s nothing fancy, but well maintained. Comfy bed. Great AC and WiFi. The only negative is the noise from the interstate. But that doesn’t bother us. We would definitely stay again.

What do you expect when you pay money to stay in a room at an Inn? Do you expect house keeping to keep your room clean? Do you expect your toilet to work and, if it doesn't, for them to fix the problem? Do you expect some kind of cordial behavior from the people who are checking you in and out? If you do, do not stay here. Twice I've chosen to stay at this inn and i've been shown how much of an error that was with my most recent stay. I wish to be clear, what interactions we've had with housekeeping was fine. They are kind and do their job well. When we arrived the rooms were clean. Everything 'technically' works. That's where the good things end. The desk boys have been pretentious and will not hesitate to talk down to you. The man with the shaved head especially. He'd rather sit in his precious little cubby and watch television then attend the people who have payed to stay here. When our toilet backed up we were handed a plunger and a bag, because apparently WE pay THEM for the privilege of doing their job for them. What you'll get when you stay here is disappointing service, rude management, and a refusal to take responsibility for their establishment. Have some self respect and go anywhere else.
