The service was great and the food was generally good as well. We stayed at this hotel with our toddler, and overall it worked very well for our family. The staff and people around the hotel were very kind and welcoming. One thing we especially appreciated was the room layout. Many of the furniture pieces were higher, which made it very convenient for us to place things out of reach of our curious toddler who loves touching everything. We were very happy during our stay and had a pleasant experience overall. One thing to note: if you are not a dog person, this hotel might be a bit challenging. It is extremely dog-friendly, and there were quite a lot of dogs around. My baby actually enjoyed seeing them, but for me it was a little overwhelming at times, especially since a neighbor’s dog was barking and howling at night and the noise carried quite clearly into the room. That said, we were still very satisfied with our stay overall.

We got a king corner room on the 3rd floor for a special occasion only 1 night. Bedding was comfortable and room was clean but dated. Furnishings were old and there was evidence of a water leak sometime in the past. The water pressure in the shower was not great and the temperature of the water was not extremely warm. The service was great from the staff, check in was a breeze and valeting my vehicle was not a problem. They even had it pulled up and ready to go when we checked out. We did ask for a late check out and the desk accommodated this no problem. The location was nice for us. We were able to walk around down town and enjoy Portland. Great restaurants close by. We did not use many of the amenities besides the game room to play pool for a bit.

A welcome respite after tough travel. Late night front desk clerk was great and efficient (sorry I didn’t get his name). The room was comfortable and appreciated the welcome touches. Front desk team at checkout was also friendly and helpful (Ben and Mikasa) Great location, food, and bar onsite as well as within one block. I would love to stay here again.

The staff were fantastic and accommodating. Great service, great room, friendly. I lost an item in the room and they were able to ship it back to me. The only downside to the entire stay was that the shower water pressure was very weak, but the staff at least were responsive in trying to fix it.

Good experience. Good downtown location. Good good and drinks. They have every day wine tasting hour (included). The only reason I did not put 5 stars was the rooms that did not really isolate the sound well from the outside, so my kids were waking up overnight (granted we stayed over the weekend, the room was looking at the street and 3 floor, and it's is a vibrant part of downtown)

We stayed for 2 nights. Location is perfect. You can walk everywhere. Our room was on 7th floor and it smelled bad. First night we thought it was a cleaning product. But it was more like pee the next day. We had to open our windows. Pillows were not comfortable. Bring your own… Hotel didn’t have the bar or restaurant open at convenient hours. The bar opened at 4pm. Restaurant only opened for breakfast/brunch. I was also excited when I saw complimentary wine tasting. But it’s only from 5-6pm every day so if you have plans you can’t even experience it. Hotel had nice game room. We had valet parking which was great. They were quick to get our car.

Great location to be walkable to all the good stuff. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good and there are bikes you can rent for free to take around town. Also nice touches like welcome snack in the room. Would stay again
