The Ingleside Hotel

This hotel was great! The room was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had everything you could ever need. The TV worked great and had a ton of channels. The room also had a coffee machine and mini fridge. Front desk staff was very nice and friendly and answered all the questions we had. Walking down the halls, there are all sorts of conference rooms and larger office looking rooms, so this place would be great for weddings or events. We didn't have the chance to go to the water park, pool, or arcade, but we definitely will during our next stay!

Positive: Very Friendly Staff. The overall layout and decorating of this hotel was very tasteful in the wedding event area. The room we stayed in was clean and updated with a modern design, the bed comfortable and the overall space was comfortable for 2 people. Negative: Minor note, I was not aware our bathroom did not have a fan we could turn on manually.

Our room was great, staff was kind. The waterpark was fun but - I think it could be much warmer. The water was inconsistently warm/cold. It’s not well heated (comparing to Great Wolf Lodge). The food in the water park was fine but I didn’t really care for it. We got snacks and then decided to DoorDash to our room. The waterpark staff could absolutely be kinder. My son has extreme sensory issues but because he’s 3, he’s required to wear his wristband at all times instead of allowing us to carry it. The fight to get it on was awful and I just feel like exceptions could be made. The food and staff at Didis were absolutely wonderful. The nachos are calling to me, even since we’ve gone home! Definitely try the brisket nachos. As other reviews have suggested, the walls are thin to the hallway. When we noticed in our room- we did make sure to keep low voices when in the hall because it was annoying to hear people in our room. I think the value vs quality made it worth the trip but I am not sure if we would come back.

I really enjoyed this hotel and water park. Clean well decorated rooms and pool, and amazing staff. However, the bed pillows were the worst I have ever tried to sleep on. It seemed like they were filled with small stuff animals. Also, the walls are very thin. You can easily hear a normal level conversation in the hallway/adjoining rooms.

I booked a bridal shower for my daughter at the Ingleside hotel and was so pleased! The event room was perfect and beautiful, the food was very good, and the service was outstanding! A shout out to Krystal and Denise for their attention to detail, eagerness to accommodate our requests and warm and pleasant demeanor. I highly recommend the ingleside hotel for any special event!

The place is pretty cool overall. The staff is very nice and helpful, especially Dave at the front desk. You can tell it’s an older building but still looks beautiful all around. My only gripe is the price we paid for one room she the water park passes. Totaled over $400 for one night. A 19 hour stay for $400. Plus we spent an extra $110 on drinks and food. Which the food was very good, especially the breakfast buffet snd their pizza. I’d definitely come back but for maybe half the price?

We have visited multiple Indoor waterparks in the state and the team at Ingleside is one of the best we have seen. Our Family arrived late 8:45pm on Friday night ( water park is open till 10pm) and we went right for the water park, upon entering we had noticed that we were the only 2 people in the whole water park. After looking around i had noticed all the guards were in there places and doing there job as if there was 300 people in the area. This team is amazing and ready for action in seconds, We were in one of the pools and a drill was conducted. The staff member took less then 10 seconds to complete the task, I even tried to brake there routine by asking one what time it was? She never broke from her task and singled that she did not know or did not have a watch on. Being a Firefighting/ EMS family we thank the guards for there time and dedication. ||The rooms were very spacious with plenty of room for 3 people, The beds although very tall were very comfortable and when we needed extra blankets more were brought to the room in less then 2 minutes. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel were 5 star, upon entering there was adequate staff to check in and answer questions. The hotel did not have a musty smell or anything out of place. This hotel is located right on a major highway but with how set back the rooms are you can not hear the cars or semis in your rooms. There is also ample parking around all the entrance's and more then enough room for Rv's and large trailers.||The value Ingleside offers is amazing based on our experience with other hotels with indoor water parks connected to them. if water is not your thing its only minutes to the Johnson Creek Outlet malls and tons of other shopping places in the area.
