I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western Plus West Covina Inn. The hotel strikes a perfect balance between comfort, convenience, and value. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well‑maintained, making it easy to relax after a long day. I especially appreciated the free breakfast, which was hot, tasty, and a great way to start the morning. The location is another huge plus — it’s close to the highway, restaurants, and plenty of shopping options, yet the area feels safe and peaceful. Parking is free and easy, and the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel also offers great amenities like free Wi‑Fi, an outdoor pool, and air‑conditioned rooms, which made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, it’s a reliable and enjoyable place to stay, whether you’re visiting for business or leisure. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and comfortable hotel in the West Covina area.

This was by far one of the worst places I ever stayed at. There was a big roach in my room called the front desk about never did anything about it so disgusting! I’ve never experienced this in any of my hotel stay and I travel alot they did not refund me nothing just said I’m sorry will send someone up but nothing I hauled ass out of there to check out sooo sooo gross

For a Best Western Plus I expected more but it was an okay stay. The rooms were not bad. The hot breakfast food was very limited and was not great though. Also when calling to see if the pool area was open the front desk person said yes but didn’t mention that it was freezing cold and the hot tub was broken. We made our way down to try and enjoy the hot tub but it was not turning on. Went to the front desk to ask and then she says they don’t know when it will be fixed. Overall an okay stay. If you don’t care for all the extra stuff and just need a place to sleep and rest then it’s an okay place but you can find a different spot for around the same price and better amenities.

Clean, affordable, with a fantastic location with easy access to I-10 and surrounding surface roads. Not a luxury hotel, and thankfully doesn't try to be one. Staff is friendly and accommodating. If you need a safe, affordable, place to stay and don't need or want a ton of unnecessary bells and whistles, this is the place for you.

We called to ask about paying for early check-in. The person we spoke to told us the price, but also said if we went to check in around 2pm there would be a room ready. We go to check in at 2:30 pm and the person at the desk asked if we had paid for early check in. We explained that we didn't because we were told if we arrived around 2pm there would be rooms ready. The person at the desk said there weren't any rooms because some guests came in early and had taken the rooms available. Cool, but don't say there will be rooms available when there's not and I'll just pay for early check-in. At that point we just waited until 3pm check in. To make matters worse, we were given a room closest to the freeway. Definitely the least welcoming Best Western we have stayed in. Rude staff and apparently the manager couldn't care less. Rooms are outdated and AC is giving out. Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything. Pros are that it's clean and the cleaning staff are very friendly!

1 Star because I absolutely had the WORST time sleeping as the freeway was so loud. I was exhausted from an extremely busy weekend, I just wanted to sleep! About 1am, I was gonna ask the front desk to switch rooms, as I've stayed before but don't remember the freeway noise THAT loud, my boyfriend asked if I had ear plugs. The ear plugs plugged up most of the noise, but not all. If you're a light sleeper like me, either don't stay here, or stay at the neighboring hotels. This hotel needs noise canceling windows or offer ear plugs in every room next to the freeway. The breakfast was nice, but nothing special. Eggs, sausage, waffle fries, they offered biscuits and gravy, but not biscuits were available when we went. Cereal, apples and bananas Waffles maker. Oatmeal. Orange juice, cranberry, lemonade. Coffee. Milk. Cereal. And some breads (toast, bagels, and Svenhards).

My husband and I had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The staff was friendly, and the complimentary breakfast was great. I needed to do some laundry and was able to wash our clothes while relaxing by the pool sipping on some complimentary coffee. The location was awesome and close to many restaurants. Overall, a great experience!
