The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was tidy and had lockers to put some of my stuff. |Being an all female dorm felt safe. |The shower over the bath had a leak dripping. The shower curtain created water on the floor when others showered with it outside of the bath. |The drain in the sink was smelly (needing some drain cleaner to freshen it up. |The fridge was cleaned when asked, however it still needs a deep clean to remove the odour.|Breakfast was adequate. Adding my own cranolla and fresh fruit helped. |The beds were quite squeaky but comfortable enough.

Nothing but praise to this hotel for helping me make changes to my reservation due to not realizing this was a hostel and I would be sharing the room with others. It sure would’ve been a disaster.had II shown up not knowing. They go above & beyond to assist travelers to ensure a good stay. A1 customer service!!!!

Awesome location! Staff is very friendly and super accommodating. Super close to Disney, great for solo trips. will be my new regular place to stay for solo trips.

I had a great experience! The bed was clean, check in was easy and friendly. The only downside was the shower water only got barely warm.

It’s possible to see the fireworks from the second floor… they have free breakfast, not the best coffee in the world but the juice and muffins were very good. Nothing to complain about them. Probably I will come back, it’s in a nice location and price is acceptable for a hostel. There is a fast food right in the side if you need to eat something different… I enjoyed the experience

A b hostile employee was book with me in room while employee was ill. Asked to never return because of emature fighting with air circulation of air conditioner. The food is contaminated the beverages are filmed with bitter taste. Horable experience. Please refund my card. I will never book there again.

The location is incredible, so close to so many attractions in LA, and the area is quite beautiful. There are options of fast food within a 5 minute walk, there's even one right next door. It's close to Disneyland, a blues house, a grocery store, and more. The rooms could use more attention, especially when it comes to lighting, although other than that the ruins are clean, ordered and livable. the breakfast offered is very very limited, but better than nothing. Overall I would recommend, have enjoyed the stay and lived the convenience of the location.
