Embassy Suites by Hilton Corpus Christi

Very nice location, in very close proximity to stores and other businesses and right next to the road but, you cannot hear traffic or anything from inside so that was amazing! Food from the restaurant was larger portions than expected which is nice but, if i would have known that I would have ordered 1 kids meal. Service was phenomenal, Jake assisted us at the front desk and accommodated my needs. Overall wonderful hotel, I always love the Embassy!

Upon arrival, everything seemed okay. Room was decently clean and all seemed well. My group and I left to the mall nearby for about 2-3 hours, and once we came back, our door's lock mechanism malfunctioned. Initially, we believed our room keys all must've deactivated due to being around phones or cards, but it turned out that it just wasn't working. While maintenance was helpful, it did take longer than expected. We waited from around 9-9:50 locked out of our hotel room until they finally reprogrammed it. Come the next morning, we leave to go to breakfast with our keys in our possession. What met us when we came back? Yet another instance where the door is once again malfunctioning. Thankfully, again, maintenance was very helpful. Overall, not a terrible experience and a great story out of it, but ultimately not ideal!

Positive: Staff were very nice and helpful. Negative: Since we have pets (who wear diapers only when we travel), would of liked at least 1 room without carpet. Even though the room looked & smelled clean, dogs get territorial when they smell past anmals on the carpet.

This has been our go to for so many years but unfortunately time to find another hotel. This hotel has so much deferred maintenance . The breakfast was phenomenal, fresh fruit, excellent service. Back to the Maintenance issues: Door hinges not connected, door stops falling off, but the absolute worst part……… the swimming pool. We always came here cause the kids love the pool and hot tub. It was a serious health hazard ☢️ biohazard ☣️. The hot tub looked like a swamp - bubbly (not from jets) an can’t see through the water. The hotel was notified the night before but they didn’t fix it or even rope it off. Front desk kept saying "ok it will be taken care of" No towels in the poolside area- at 10 am. 🙄 Others went and had to ask for them to be filled. It’s not worth the money of a minimum $140/night for something you can’t even enjoy. Even worse when I contacted Hilton all they did was reimburse the 5000 points I used , not the other $117

We had my aunt's 80th birthday party here and the customer service with stellar! The star of the show was Jake who works at the front desk! Not only did he give amazing customer service he remembered every single person's name and was able to help us out with anything we needed. A staff were very helpful The rooms were nice and the complimentary continental breakfast fantastic. We had a wonderful time there and will definitely be coming back again.

I booked this hotel based on the Onsite Restaurant & the Indoor Hot tub. I arrived on a Sunday & was told the restaurant is actually closed on Sundays although the hours online show Mon-Sun 11a-10pm. The hot tub was out of order along with some of the ice machines. The keys to my room stopped working on the 1st nite. The front desk guy was attentive but useless & had no idea of how to handle the situation. Just started calling maintenance, who was not onsite. I was able to eventually open the door myself by activating the digital key. And the most disgusting part of my stay was finding a pair of PANTIES between the bed & the nightstand! I can't even believe this hotel is branded with the Hilton name. And to top it all off, the front desk rep that checked me out never once asked, "How was your stay?". Pitiful.

Alfredo(Fred) is amazing at his job. I booked a room with booking.com and they did something wrong. Fred was very patient with me on correcting their mistake and getting my reservation handled. I was even able to check in early thanks to his efforts and amazing job skills. Now as far as the hotel itself. Let me say that we had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful and all the staff are great at their jobs. From the indoor pool to the made to order omelettes for breakfast. It was all a great experience. If you make a reservation here please be sure to ask for Fred and give him lots of praise for a job well done. I will definitely be staying there again. Thank yall again.
