Lively Beach - Resort Condominium

I always have a phenomenal time when I come here to Lively Beach! Such a fun atmosphere. Being right on the beach is definitely a huge perk! The staff is always super friendly and accommodating. The pool felt great. Overall, I highly recommend coming here to anyone considering it! It’s definitely worth the splurge.!

We found Lively Beach on the Airbnb app. Booking online was quick and easy and photos of the condo were accurate. We loved the condo with all the super clean furnishings and modern appliances. It was the perfect space for the two of us and the location was easy to find with plenty of restaurants just a few minutes away. ||Good customer service seems to be in short supply in many places today but not at Lively Beach. Every single employee we ran into (whether in the office, on the sidewalk, or at the pool) greeted us as if we were friends. One of the employees stopped by the pool on July 4 and offered us popsicles to celebrate the holiday. Who does that?! Lively Beach does! ||We will be staying here again. We've already recommended this location to friends and sent them pictures of our room. They are ready to book their trip soon.

Perfect get away if you're looking for a pretty quite spot for a reasonable price during Christmas. They also have free events in the area you can enjoy. Everything is pretty much contactless and the rooms were very clean. I will say though, it took us a while to find the help desk but intercation was friendly. If you fish, they have plenty of spots to drop your line around the area as well as a boardwalk on-site.

Lively Beach resort is such a great spot to stay for a relaxing getaway. The condominiums are perfectly located where there’s no noisy crowds or traffic. Beach shore access is a short walk away from each room. Beach house fashioned. The staff is welcoming and are available to assist in any activity. The views from my room were beautiful and the atmosphere is so peaceful. The outdoor area is relaxing and there plenty to do to stay busy here. Outdoors is a pool, covered area/ dining gazebo, kitchen, lawn chairs around a fire pit, bird’s eye view sitting area, corn-hole playing platform and a built in walkway for easy beach access. Typical of a beach house there’s no elevator but it’s only a few stairs up and down. The room is great, it looks like a mini beach house and has everything you need for a comfortable stress-free stay.

Great resort! Perfect location, super clean, everything you need is there! Would definite come back. We got a 1 bed room, 2 bath and balcony for $755 ish! It was super tough find to get a place with a " kitchenette"/ kitchen that’s clean and new and this place is perfect! Especially with kids, this allows them to stretch their feet. The pool is kid friendly as well; and I honestly saw ONLY kids at the pool! The board walk & views are gorgeous. 1 small complain is the stairs of the boardwalk and Giant sand dune was very very tough to walk with a young toddler ( I had to carry her ); and I passed lot from exhaustion later that morning from that trek with her! I did go to the beach at night and to see the sunset and it was worth it. Gorgeous resort , gorgeous views!

Just a heads up for anyone with mobility issues: there’s no elevator, so if you’re on the 2nd or 3rd floor, you’ll be using stairs a lot. The walk to the beach is longer than expected, and getting stuff down there can be tough since there’s only stairs—no ramp. The pool only has stairs for entry—no lift. They do have some wheelchair-accessible rooms and parking, but if you need something fully accessible, I’d call ahead. Also, the sofa bed is really thin, so you might want to bring a mattress topper if you plan to use it. Overall, it’s a peaceful spot and I really enjoyed it, but families or anyone with mobility challenges should keep the limitations in mind.

I really struggle with writing this review because some secrets are just too good to share. The location is a true gem-perfectly situated for exploring the area of Padre Island without getting caught in the main tourist drag. We were close enough to everything we needed, yet felt miles away when we were relaxing in the room. But the real showstopper? The sunrise. We stayed in a room with a view, and the morning sky was pure magic. An outstanding value. Staff (Stacy), was wonderful and helpful.
