Homewood Suites by Hilton Lexington Fayette Mall

Great hotel. Bring your own towels and linen. Everything smells rinsed instead of washed. Bedsheets, pillows and towels all smelled like body.

It’s a beautiful hotel amidst lovely grounds, with terrific staffers like Susan, who got us promptly into our room upon arrival, and Ida, who helped us zero in on just the right accommodations for our needs (and she did it on the phone months before our arrival). The efforts of both are so typical of the high level of Hilton hospitality we so appreciate in our travels. There is a very big fitness room just off the lobby area. GM Nathan, you and your staffers are doing everything right for your guests!

So good. The hotel staff were very nice.

This is a nice hotel. The staff were friendly, it was clean. The amenities are nice, fitness center, pool, outdoor area. Two room suite you could have an extended stay in. The location is close to Fayette mall, restaurants and a grocery store.

Recently stayed here on a family weekend trip. The pool was closed multiple times during the weekend because of cleaning or the maintenance man hadn't come in yet (3+ hours late.) This was a huge let down as we were traveling with kids. I typically don't expect much from hotel breakfasts as I normally utilize it as a tool to keep the kids alive until lunch. However the offerings here were so subpar at best, we ended up at McDonald's. There was no housekeeping in between nights, nor were there any additional trash bags in the room (2 bedroom suite.) This was less than ideal with 4 people staying multiple days. Additionally, the primary bedroom was the only room that didn't have a thermostat and to get that room comfortable the living room was frigid. Overall the stay wasn't terrible, but definitely not what I expected for $500. The location manager did send me an email to which I replied these with these same grievances. I haven't heard back in a week. I doubt that I would stay here again especially due to the lack of communication.

Great location, super quiet, staff, bed, room, water pressure, better than most gym, cleanliness, outdoor pool. Close to highways for easy to and from work. Good breakfast at 6:00am social event Wednesday 5:00pm ish.

We stay here every time we come to Lexington and we absolutely love it!! The breakfast is so good, the pool is clean, the rooms are always clean, there is plenty to do around, and it's quiet. Thank you for the hospitality!
