Six Acres Bed & Breakfast

I booked a stay here for myself and two sons because the owner gave me an exceptionally good rate over the phone. I didn’t look into the property much ahead of time beyond the photos and we were pleasantly surprised by the incredible history and stories of the property. Charles, the manager, is wonderful and very accommodating. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place is very peaceful. It’s a great place to rest, nestled between two Cincy neighborhoods with shops and restaurants, and it’s a reasonably ale distance from most things in town. Clean, cozy, friendly, reasonably priced, and a historic gem. We hope to stay again!

Dirty! Moldy bathrooms and my friend had actually poop in the toilet! We left after one night as we all three got upset stomachs. We explored the kitchen only to discover that the eggs we were most likely fed were old. Our leftovers were in the fridge uncovered. Animals in the walls kept us up. Multiple ceiling leaks. I would not recommend to anyone in its current state.

The host was an absolute GEM! Thank you for the welcoming breakfast consersations!!! The interior of the house was beautiful - I hope there's plans to work more on the outside, the grounds have so much potential! The room was clean and comfortable (although at times the traffic noise was quite noticeable). It was located within 20 minutes of all the places we planned to visit on our trip but if i had to pick a complaint it was also 20 minutes to the nearest fast-food.

my mom flew in to spend time with me and we were very excited to stay here but it was genuinely disgusting. hair and grime all over the bathroom floor. the male caretaker also texted my mom to ask personal questions after 10 pm.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this cute bed and breakfast! Charles, the on-site manager, was very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful! Enjoyed learning about the history of the bed and breakfast as it was a part of the Underground Railroad. Charles was able to upgrade us for free due to other rooms being available. The bed was large, comfy, and had a nice, large bathroom attached. Breakfast was tasty, too. Would definitely recommend staying here and look forward to our next stay in the future!

The hospitality was wonderful! The home and my room felt very homey and comfortable. The bed was extremely comfortable. |What made the experience best was the fascinating conversation with the host about the history of the house, a safe house on the underground railroad. Our host knew a great deal about the history, and I actually left 1 1/2 hours later than planned because the discussion was fantastic.|I would recommend this b and b, even though it's a little outside the downtown area.|

Lovely old home tucked off of a busy road. Played a significant part in the Underground Railroad. Host, Charlie , was warm and welcoming and shared historical info about the house. Comfortable bed. Huge breakfast served. Furnishings do need some updating/refreshing. Over all, very nice stay here and hope to return .
