Hyatt Place Greensboro

I had an excellent stay at this Hyatt location. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. Although the property is one of the older Hyatt locations, it’s clearly well managed and maintained. My room was very clean and I experienced no issues. If your are traveling for business or with family the hotel’s location is especially convenient—close to the interstate, the airport, and a wide variety of restaurants. Thank you to Olvie for helping make my stay enjoyable, and to Marques for keeping the property clean and well cared for.

This Hyatt was excellent.||Best people working the front desk. Andrea and Olvia were outstanding, friendly and welcoming. The room was neat, clean and comfortable.||Room 310 had a fantastic shower! Th breakfast was decent. However, the oatmeal cookies were outstanding! We felt safe at this location. There are numerous restaurants and businesses nearby. Everything you need.||We would recommend this Hyatt and we will stay here again.

Positive: It was very clean Negative: Cleaning staff steals. They mark your room with the will the door tag so they know which one to come back too. I will never come back. I wasted my money. It was supposed to be my mommy gateway and it became a nightmare.

First time staying here. I do stay in the area every year for a show we are in at the Greensboro complex. First, the light switch didn’t work when we entered. Second, the Tv only had 10 channels (cable) most of which are all sports channels that are prerecorded. There is no channel guide on the tv. There’s no espn or sport center. Third, the rooms have the worst lay out. Our bathroom is about 3 feet from our bed. Also, the thermostat on the wall doesn’t work. You have to control it from the window unit. I haven’t controlled one from the window unit since 1997. This place needs major renovation There were also hairs in our bed and the body wash in the shower was completely empty. Clock next to the bed also doesn’t work. We won’t be choosing this place next time. So many better option. I guess there’s a reason this place was so cheap. Really had no choice since we had to book it through the show we were in. Actually we might cancel the rest of our stay and go stay somewhere else.

Had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Place Greensboro. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was extremely friendly, and the breakfast was fresh and well organized. Great location and very comfortable—would definitely stay again

I just recently stayed at this hotel last minute due to having car issues on 40. I had to book here because the tow truck driver was only able to drop me off within a 5-mile radius of where I was picked up at. I explained to the manager what happened and Ms. Desiree was very accommodating and even offered me a voucher for dinner! HOW NICE! I enjoyed the chicken tenders and fries served by Aaron. He informed me that he's new to the team and so is Desiree. I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT THIS IS HOW HOTELS SHOULD RUN AND THEY ALL SHOULD LOOK FOR LEADERS LIKE THIS! I'm typically an IHG woman but Hyatt has a special place in my heart now. If ever the wind blows me back into this area, I would love to do something nice for this staff and their phenomenal leader! I ended up staying an extra night just because it was so inviting and relaxing! My only concern was that it's pretty dull outside and the homeless people wonder in the parking lot all day long (I guess they can't really control that). I hope to see you guys again very soon!! The staff at this hotel is amazing! Great service and nice rooms, they even have a bar. The complimentary breakfast was very good, whoever cooked the food was great! Best hotel in this price point. Would stay there again!
