Cambria Hotel Plano Frisco

Hotel lobby looks clean and inviting. The room I had has a curtain that divides the bed and work area which is nice if you are staying with another and want to segregate space. There is a ministore by the lobby for any amenities. It's a self-serve. The scanner is on the monitor up by one of the wall. Did not have problems during my stay. Would recommend.

Angela was very professional, friendly and warm from beginning to end ~ in seamlessly managing our check in/check out process. I deeply appreciated her politeness and kindness. I called in advance to the lobby prior to making my reservation to ask a few questions and all were answered professionally. Ms. Crystal was very nice and explained what rooms were available. I then called Choice Hotels and made the reservation and no issues checking in. The lobby is nice, and the people are friendly. Room was spacious and no complains. Thank you.

Mattress and pillows in 221. Also, management had recently changed and y'all were out of over half the menu and pinot grigio. However, ANGEL behind the bar and ANGELIA behind the front desk did all they could to accommodate me. They were wonderful! Love to know I'd get a new mattress if I stayed next time. I found everything to be clean and the room was great.

My husband and I used this hotel after our wedding to get away for the night, we got a king suite with the romance package. At check in, we were greeted and and congratulated by the wonderful staff members Cristal and Ricky. We were exhausted and dehydrated when we arrived, when we asked Ricky for some water, he recommended one they had that had added electrolytes which was exactly what we needed after a long night. Once we got to our room, we were greeted by rose petals and towels in the shape of swans on our bed. It was so adorable. We immediately went to relax in the whirlpool and went to bed. At check out I asked the receptionist if we could have our champagne and strawberries to go since we got in late the night before. She made sure we had freshly made chocolate dipped strawberries. Everyone was so helpful and sweet, we will definitely be using this hotel in the future.

This is our 2nd time to stay at Cambria Plano-Frisco because we have family in the area. Its very nice and a great value. The front desk clerk was very nice. Its comfortable, affordable and location is great and an easy drive to restaurants and shops. We will stay again!
