The location is convenient. Rooms look like the pictures, clean, and practical. Staff is friendly including housekeeping. They supply toiletries. Their channels are better than luxury hotels & you can stream on your TV. Free balanced breakfast in the morning & the gym has nice equipment also. I will stay again.

I’m honestly really disappointed with my stay. While the front desk staff was friendly, the experience with housekeeping was the complete opposite. The housekeeping supervisor and a couple of the housekeepers were not friendly at all. Only one of them was actually kind and pleasant to interact with. Another issue was the surprise charges at checkout. I clearly mentioned that I had dogs when I made my reservation. I booked online and even called afterward just to make sure it was noted. When I checked out, they added extra fees that were never explained upfront. I was told the general manager had originally not charged for my dogs, which made the situation even more confusing. What bothered me the most was being accused of trying to hide my dogs. The general manager said she checked the cameras and implied I wasn’t honest. That’s simply not true. I never tried to hide them and was upfront about having them from the beginning. Overall, the lack of communication, the unexpected fees, and being accused of something I didn’t do left a really bad impression. I hope management works on better communication and treats guests with more respect.

We did a block booking with avid hotel for our wedding weekend, and it was such a great experience from start to finish. The hotel is very accessible to our wedding venue, which made it super convenient for our guests. The staff was incredibly kind and accommodating, and Nidhi was especially amazing, she was so helpful and supportive throughout the entire wedding weekend, making everything run smoothly and stress-free. Breakfast was really good, and we loved that fresh coffee and water were available 24/7. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and our guests had nothing but great things to say. Highly recommend Avid Hotel for weddings, events, or any stay where you want great service and convenience!

I love this hotel! It's clean, has a great breakfast and the staff is so friendly helpful and kind. My family and I wrte in a situation where we had to stay longer than planned (about 4 weeks) and the staff was incredible, they did everything they could to make us feel like family. So our appreciation and kudos to Nidhi, Alex, Michelle, the rest of the desk staff as well as housekeeping. They were always smiling, kind and willing to help! I loved this hotel and my stay there. I will be back!!!!🥰❤️❤️❤️

Ten out of ten!!! The room is big, organized and super clean!! The entire hotel smell good like perfume all over the place, and the staffs are so kind and friendly always with a smile on their faces. It's relieved to come stay here after the long flight. The breakfast has plenty of options. It's delicious and feel satisfied after the meal. I will definitely recommend all the travelers to stay here not only one night, but several nights to enjoy this town.

The front staff are wonderful. I stayed here more than two weeks and learned many of their names. Nadhi always had a ready smile as did Bana. Michelle and Alex showed dedication and an appreciated quiet professionalism. Chris was another standout. They all created a welcoming environment. Beatriz and her staff were excellent. Everything was kept clean promptly. From housekeeping rooms to the lobby everything was clean. I watched kids make enormous messes that did not last even a few minutes. Bonus, everything smelled wonderful at all times. I would 100% stay here again and again.

My son picked this hotel for my recent overnight stay for a wedding along with my friend. It was a great experience- we were checked in-by Alex he was very helpful and his service was quick and fast ,room was very clean and perfect size with great queen beds !! Only thing lacking in the room was a small closet , everything was perfect . Best was the complimentary breakfast!! Appreciate it. While checking out met the manager Nidhi Patel very charming lovely young lady !! A big shout out to Alex / Nidhi . Both were good 👍🏻 thanks for your hospitality!!
