The Front desk receptionist Azjanae is what hospitality is all about. She could not have been more welcoming, helpful and overall just delightful to us. The hotel is very clean, has a beautiful pool and a warm home like vibe to the place!

I'm given this a 3...the house keeper was the best ever they call her the queen she was so polite and loving she has been there for 20 years . Hands down she made me feel at home. Felicia was the best at the desk as well was Marilyn. Very helpful ladies. I only gave it a 3 because I HAVE CALLED 2 times to ask about my Keurig that I left in my room and both times was told they will get back to me, and today is day 3 with no phone call back

Positive: It has all the amenities, it was very clean, smelled fresh despite it is a pet friendly hotel and the rooms are immediately spacious! II?m absolutely going back. Negative: Found a few popcorn kernels under the bed so it was 10/10 clean. Besides that the room was very clean and the hotel as well.

Customer service was amazing! They really know how to make a customer feel at home! Azjanae specifically was the number one concierge and communications coordinator that you want to interact with at any type of hotel! If you’re not staying at the Hampton Inn, you’re not staying at somewhere comfortable! Ask for Azjanae, she is 10 out of 10! Let’s go Buffalo!

In town for a week of work. Client suggested this location. Have stayed exclusively with Hilton Brabd across the globe. The Service at this location is stellar. Saw at least a dozen different front desk folks during the stay and all were delightful to chat with. The entire property, room, atmosphere was a pleasure to experience. A sincere thank you across the board.

Nice hotel to stay in if you're visiting the Buffalo area. Walking distance to the theater district and a number if bars/restaurants. Room was clean but the wallpaper in the bathroom was outdated and a little dirty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Free continental breakfast buffet was convenient. Would stay here again.

I really appreciated the attention to cleanliness throughout—not just in the room, but in the hallways and common areas as well. The bathroom was spotless, with good water pressure and quality toiletries. Breakfast was another highlight. The complimentary morning spread was well stocked and offered a solid variety—hot items, waffles, eggs, pastries, fruit, yogurt, and coffee. Everything was replenished regularly, and the breakfast area stayed clean even during busy hours. It felt like a proper, well-managed breakfast rather than a rushed afterthought. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, especially if you’re visiting Buffalo for shopping, business, or as a stopover near the border. Parking was easy and hassle-free, which is always a plus. The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt calm, safe, and well maintained. What stood out most was the consistency—this location delivers exactly what you hope for from Hampton Inn: comfort, cleanliness, reliability, and friendly service. No unnecessary luxury, just everything done right. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Hampton Inn & Suites Buffalo to anyone looking for a dependable, comfortable stay.
