Super Stays - Swepson Guesthouse Louisville, Kentucky

The Swepson guest house was a fantastic experience! Best in class service before and during the trip. Haley helped us coordinate a private chef meal and was very responsive and helpful. Our mom’s weekend was a smashing success and we enjoyed the bars, restaurants, and shopping within walking distance of the estate. We would absolutely recommend this spot to friends & family.

My family and I have hosted our Thanksgiving gathering here 2x and each time has been exceptional. We always book the entire building and our family loves this place...it's very clean and stocked with everything you'll need. Not to mention it is safe,has restaurants and bars to walk too close by, and easy access to most places in Louisville. The host is very friendly and was able to provide and answer our questions and needs. No doubt we look forward to making this our annual place to stay for annual Thanksgiving gathering. This place is a10 out of 10, will recommend to others.

We visited Louisville and stayed at the Swepson 3rd floor guest house for a quick trip to see Lights under Louisville with our parents. We had a great experience & loved the Swepson! Haley was more than helpful with our booking & answering all my questions. The Swepson was nice and clean and required very little for checkout, making our stay even more stress free. Our church hosted a marriage retreat with 14 couples attending! The space was clean, spacious & perfect for our group! We would stay here again & will recommend to our friends!

We rented the entire space for a church conference. I can't express how grateful I am for this team! I could write paragraphs on how great the facilities were (which would be true!) but simply want to say that the Super Stays staff blessed us immensely. On the day of our check out, one of our vans broke down. I had to send the rest of our team back while I stayed behind to fix the problem. Without hesitation, they extended my stay for free and allowed me to stay on the premises, get my van repaired, and even came to check on me in-person amid the stress of turning the rental over for the next guest. I am floored at their hospitality. This is a place that gets it right!

We stayed in the Swepson Guest Loft, which is the 3rd floor of the property. The space was absolutely gorgeous, clean, and welcoming. I wish I had more time in Louisville to enjoy the space. The stay is centrally located so easy to walk to bars/restaurants in the area or drive downtown or other places around town. Would love to come back and stay again.

This is a beautiful place to have company functions, family gatherings, re-unions, and more. I would suggest this place to anyone wanting to go to Louisville with a large group. Close to downtown and easy access to a variety of local bars, restaurants and entertainment.
