Atwell Suites Austin Airport by IHG

To keep it simple, I love this place. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. Beds are super comfy. The location is perfect since its right down the street from the airport. There is also a Dennys you can walk to across the parking lot in case you needed something to eat, the staff and food were excellent there as well. I didn't get an opportunity to try the breakfast so I couldn't speak to that, but overall this hotel is amazing.

Not our favorite in the area, but really dont have much to complain about. Rooms were spacious, clean, and quiet for the most part. Staff was helpful and courteous as well. Free coffee in the lobby was shockingly good too! Would definitely return.

The rooms at this hotel are very nice and spacious. The addition of couch and table really helps to spread people out. Bathroom was really nice as well with good amenities. Pool was closed for the season, but we did use the workout room which had several machines and free weights, so just enough. Only slight downside was the breakfast: it was lacking. With the vibe of the hotel and the niceness of the rooms, I was expecting a bit more. A regular Holiday Inn Express had a better breakfast. Think some small improvements there would really make this a well-rounded hotel to stay at.

Had a terrible experience at the airport and showed up here at midnight with an airline voucher. Ray was working this night and gave me excellent customer service and genuinely tried to help us out however he was able in our time of need. It wasn't much but Ray helped us out with some of the breakfast fruit and granola bar snacks and was very courteous when we were down and out. Specific to the room it was pretty basic and small what you would expect but it was actually pretty nice and very clean. We took a shower, hit the hay, and within 5 or 6 hours in and out with a shuttle back to the airport.

We are in the middle of our weekend trip, and we have found. Atwell Suites to be very team accommodating. Everyone from front decks to housekeeping has just been phenomenal.I would like to recognize Chase for going above and beyond to host your guest. Each night has just been very helpful and with a genuine smile. And I don't want to forget about Ivan either, for his help in our weekend  adventure at Atwell Suites.I highly recommend this facility for pleasure or business. To not stay at this Suites would be just to be lost of an enjoyable good stay in Austin. Thanks to the team for being here. Jj & Shelley H.

Parking The front of the hotel is well lit and nice, the back of the hotel dark, creepy, has homeless people wandering around. There was plenty of parking, and I was able to park in the front where it was well lit. Clean The hotel is super clean, could use more towels in the room. Brakfast Breakfast was a little sad, multiple dirty dishes and dirty silverware, the food did not seem like it was not through very well and was not very good. Staff The staff is nice. $ Overall a little overpriced for what it is, I would probably look for a Holiday Inn Express next time Drinks They have free coffee, green tea and black tea, it would have been nice to have hot chocolate. Status This is one of the only IHG hotels that has ever acknowledged that I have status, and actually gave me a welcome amenity. Yay

My friends and I stayed here while we were in Austin for US Grand Prix. The staff were friendly and super accommodating. We had an early flight in and a later flight out and they let us store our stuff while we waited to check-in/after we checked out. We worked frequently with Ivan and Zoey during our stay, and they were pleasant on all fronts. The rooms were clean and spacious, as well. If you are in town for the US Grand Prix, the hotel is close to the track and very accommodating for high volume travel events like the race.
