Belvoir Springs

Belvoir Springs is a long term residence with beautiful grounds, and a spring. It is located in Niles Fremont. Suites are furnished including wifi a microwave, a refrigerator and parking. The owners are wonderful caring husband and wife team. Call first for an appointment.

Normally, I'm not the kind of person to go out of my way to post a negative review about an establishment, but Belvoir Springs is problematic enough where people need to be warned. From a customer service standpoint, the owners Jim and Susan Richardson treated me with blatant disrespect. I was called a "hoodlum" (I'm a 4th year medical student), told to "shut the f-- up" , and "how about I bash your guitar over your head" by Jim. How these people can talk to anyone in that manner, much less a tenant, is beyond me. However, the focus of this post is about the sanitation issue. The kitchen for an entire month was filled with flies, and there is also an elderly man in the basement who personally cares for the many feral cats that are on the property (I lived in the basement and there is a large radius in the hallway outside his room that reeks). Most importantly, there was the bedbug problem. After two months of being there, (I switched rooms after one month due to the bedbugs) I took stock of all the old and new bedbug bites on my body and it looked disgusting. The bites extended from my feet all the way to my torso and shoulders. I hope that other people don't have to go through this.

Been staying here for over a year now. Found it last minute and it was only supposed to be temporary. Reasonable rates. Nice enough for a single person who works way too much and wants to live cheaply

It's an absolutely fantastic home. Beautiful inside and out. I would love to live there.

The MOST BEAUTIFUL home and family in Fremont/ Niles. Highly recommended 👌 ❤
