Courtyard by Marriott Spokane Downtown at the Convention Center

My room was amazing. Looked like brand new carpeting and furniture..I had a river view! Bathroom was spotless bed was great. The bistro downstairs had everything I could want and the people at the front desk were friendly and informative.

This hotel was so accommodating. The staff was just wonderful. We were here on business and needed to conduct a few interviews with potential new employees. They graciously allowed us the use of a board for the day. 100% recommended for any travel to this area. Its wonderfully located walking distance to the convention center. Its right against the Spokane River with its beautiful walking path.

The stay was very functional. Nothing to write home about, also nothing to complain about. There was a big conference in town and it was hard to get any room so I was thankful I had two nights in the same hotel. Staff was friendly, room was clean, location good.

Great Location, Spacious Well Designed Rooms This hotel is in a great location right on the river and the beautiful river walking path. It’s about a 15 minute walk on that path to all of the activities in the middle of downtown and much quieter than staying there (think Davenport). Make sure that you get a room on the second floor on the river side. They have very nice usable sized balconies with comfortable chairs and a terrific view. There is some road noise from the nearby bridge so, not perfectly serene, but very nice. The design of the spacious rooms is terrific with a nice small couch and ottoman by the balcony slider (which has a very secure lock), a full sized usable closet with lots of hangers, outlets for charging in the nightstands and the desk, and a simple and functional thermostat. The rooms do have a small fridge, but they do not have a microwave which would be my only complaint.

Positive: Location on the river. Walking distance to Spokane Arena. Ample parking. Negative: 1. Bed mattress was way too soft. Uncomfortable and hard on our backs.2. Inadequate sound proofing between rooms. Had people in room next door talking loudly at 11pm. Could hear them as if they were in our room.

Excellent experience! The service was incredible beginning to end- everyone was so kind and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The gym was awesome! The area was beautiful and easily walkable. Really enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

Great experience overall, the ladies at The bistro in the evening were incredible and the young man at the front desk was so professional. Room was clean and the area felt safe. Worth a stay!
